I personally have experience with this movement and a skill based on your level, from what I can see when you tighten the screw notice how the balance wheel stop. Instead of replacing the balance wheen it could have just been bad lubrication in the cap jewel or a misaligned shock setting, try that first before replacing anything

8200 - citizen is good movement. But delicate I repairing. I had 2 watches, lasted 10 to 12 years successfully
I don’t think it’s fixed. That amplitude was very weak. I guess if it ticks, it ships.
