Driving the Tradouw Pass to Barrydale

Driving the Tradouw Pass from the N2 through the Langeberg, either from Heidelberg (a short piece of dirt road) or from just outside Buffelsjagsrivier through the picturesque Suurbraak, to the R62 outside Barrydale. A beautiful, easy driving pass with a number of rest/view spots

Watching the video now, I realise what a beautiful pass this is. I only drove it the first time a few months ago, when my camera storage was full and I couldn't film it, but I'm glad I took this detour this time

The Western Cape had a lot of rain over the winter so it was still green all over during the early summer
