When nasheed is this way more of the youth would hear it.
Because they will hear normal music, when the style is not this way(also it is not possible to force them) for me Instruments are also no Problem as long it is basic (like maher zain).
Because when you dont Do it that way they never will hear nasheed and the positive Massage behind it.
Nowdays the Muslim world is only judging. This nasheed sounds absolutly brilliant
Please research more about music in Islam, you can't say that all instruments are allowed even if they were used in nasheeds.

Assalamu alaykum all. Just to clarify it is pronounced Maa sha Allah مَا شَاءَ اللَّه not Mash'Allah مَاشْ اللًَه. In Surah Al Kahf there is the ayah:
وَلَوۡلَآ إِذۡ دَخَلۡتَ جَنَّتَكَ قُلۡتَ مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّهِۚ إِن تَرَنِ أَنَا۟ أَقَلَّ مِنكَ مَالاً۬ وَوَلَدً۬ا (٣٩)
For those who can recite you can see the correct way in which to pronounce it, and for those who can't you can download a Qur'an app with audio and select ayah/verse 39 of Surah Al Kahf.
May Allaah reward our brother Umar Eesaa for any good work that he has done that is pleasing to Allaah, I am hopeful that his work has helped keep many away from music.
