One of the best thing about Path to Nowhere is its immerse story and good writing supported by superb voice acting in various languages. Its a hidden gem that definitely deserve more attention.
So i took the liberty to record the story for my personal archive.

It’s impressive how the managed to create such an interesting, fascinating character. Like other characters I find cool but she makes me think… like really think.
In my opinion she is by far the best written and the most important character in the story. Aisno totally had me dancing in their hand with Shalom writing. Making me disliking her during Rain Burst and wanting her more after Flora Unfurl. And to think that she scheme these whole thing alone. I still cant get over her even after a few months of Flora Unfurl.
So my understanding
Phase 1 - 3 Shalom came to meet us quite earlier before chapter 9 situation to inspect us and also hecate im guessing. Maybe Hecate might be the next hush unit but for now Chief was her target of test, later was reaveled there was already shackles on her but its ours before the Prologue.
Phase 4 is basically slightly after chapter 12, the eyes darting around under his eyelids probably means his going through Dreya event or similar. But Soon later reveals another flashback of her meeting chief before the prologue. We looked deranged, more towards seeking revenge and all. but in that moment our shackles affacted her causing her to feel emotions so shes been aware of her mistakes for so long. i could only imagine the toll it took on her. You can feel the heartache when she found us in phase 4. Now im so keen on looking forward to chapter 13. I hope shes out there resting and recovering with how ever much time she has left.
Shalom may not have been favourable in rain break but Flora and her interrogation has made her my favourite character.
I agree with most of what you said. Just slightly different opinion in regard to Hecate. What if she is not the next Hush unit, but instead, she was a candidate to be hush unit but failed. Remember Hecate already said in chapter 11 that she is already or near expiration date. I dont see it as logical for paradeisos to take someone near expiration date as replacement. It also give some speculation on what Nightmare is. Could it be Nightmare to Hecate is equivalent to Rebel to Shalom but failed??
I was thinking the same thing about Nightmare after seeing Shalom's backstory. To me Hecate and Shalom are too similar to be a coincidence, as if Hecate was a failed Hush experiment that was repurposed.

@kaizarikudo Paradeisos are horrible people, but they also hate waste. From what I understand, Hecate was left down in the depth of the MBCC intentionally for Chief to find her.
The investigation 4 maybe have connection with storyline.but it seems shalom breaking herself to be like bird of freedom
Yes. Phase 4 happened on June N.F 113, which is 1 month before Rain Burst incident. Its very interesting since it reveal who hide the chief while he/she is in a coma. Shout out to our man Donald.

@@ykobrngo3476 No phase 5 as of now. The pattern so far is always A rank have 3 phases and S rank have 4 phases.
@@kaizarikudo is there any rule, that if a character is playable, they wont die? Like in arknights.
Has there ever been a character that is playable and dead in path to nowhere?
@@ykobrngo3476 I cant confirm that rule for future story. But as of now none of the playable character are dead. As far as i understand, they canonically get arrested at some point. Its just a matter of where to put it on the timeline. Example of this is Zoya who is playable day 1 but story wise she has not been arrested yet because she went missing (which also explain why she doesnt has interrogation yet).

You think this interrogation have connection from story Line??
Yes. All interrogation are canon, therefore connected to the storyline. Perhaps you got confused with the timeline? Rain Burst event happened on July N.F 113, Flora Unfurl happened on August N.F 113. This interrogation (phase 1 to 3) happened around October N.F 112, 1 year before both event happened. Phase 4 though happened around June N.F. 113, 1 month before Rain Burst.

The garden ev is before or after chief wake up? This event don’t have chief so i don’t know about timeline, I heard this event is before chief wake up right? That is when Shalom told Coquelic find chief
Yes, flora unfurl happened before chief wake up. If it help, the timeline is like this,
Shalom interrogation p1-3 > chapter 9-12 (chief fall into coma) > shalom interrogation p4 > rain burst > flora unfurl > christina/rahu/coquelic interrogation (chief has woken up)
Help, how to get voices of characters when you interrogate them? 😅
@@meili_lu Not every interrogation is voiced. You can know if interrogation is voiced if there is microphone symbol next to the sinner name. If the issue is because you havent download the voice pack, you can go to your profile>in the bottom right corner go to setting>language>download the language you want. Hope that helps. :)
Im wanna ask, what the connection between Shalom and the Rift? I mean the blue monster inside it? Are they both the same? I still confused even after the anniversary event actually 😂😅
When Shalom became a Hush unit, the researcher extract Shalom's emotion in order for her to be the perfect tool, leaving only Shalom's rational (which is explain why the Shalom we know is very heartless). Shalom's emotion, in the form of the blue monster, then named "Rebel" by the researcher because it represent Shalom's behaviour while she was an experimental subject. "Rebel" was then sent to the other side of the rift by the researcher. You can refer the above from the dialogue on 1:08:21.
