He should have painted the old furniture to give it a new life and look.. feels like unfinished job. Extra work pays of on the long run.. But, he is doing a good job.
In any of these houses I have seen so far and I have seen a lot of them there is never a bathroom or a kitchen . Neither do you see the finished product. That is why I think this is all done for You Tube and not really houses people are going to live in .
The house walls, roof and interior were sound which gave a great starting point. Just the interior and yard needing some work. Well done.
