If ye want tae remove the paint of it, use brake fluid, soak it in a flat tub for bout 10 mins, if its a rattle can job, it's of by one try, brake fluid daes nae React with plastic and rubber so it wouldnae hurt the body.
The part you cut of the cab (stairs), can it be used for those back cap streamline plates to go future downwards? Might let you blend the blue into the white, in a more streamlined curving flow. Looking good. Next project? If you have to wait... Mmm, can you figure out a build with those blue parts? If you are going to replace the blue parts, anyway... Perhaps a different T-cab variant? Double Up on the Around The Block, add a few small corrosion like spots and so on. If you are going to replace the blue parts, anyway...
Not sure about that price. I know "Kustom RC Truckz" on Facebook. They make lots of top quality historic cabs and currently advertise that model for £330

@@rbleisem I'll probably just sell the blue parts for cheap if anyone at my local club is interested. I really don't need another project 🤣
Looking like you've sust most of it out, should look great. I'm wondering if your mate Tom would be able to do a Scania XT bumper conversion, maybe ??
@martingibbs9277 There is an S series XT kit now. Fits directly on the Tamiya kit. As for an R series XT I'm not sure.
Cheers Duncan, I'll have a look 👍
