I am sorry but they seemed not welcomed in Kazakstan as much as other countries and not recognized even in the public places so that they were just freely having their lunch on the bench. i think KBS just picked the location for the historical Korean story there with resident Koreans. I felt so sorry from what they kept saying in the show how much bashed they were!

Marzhan Zharas I am sorry it sounded offended you. I just felt a bit annoyed from the editing of the show trying to minimize the situation for the team Kazakhstan compared to the team Cuba. Since it is an entertainment show, it is pretty critical facing natural interaction with the locals but the PD even mentioned that he didn’t even expect this unrecognized situation. It looked tough for him to create the better scene for the show. I am Korean American. I don’t expect they will be recognized in every country but they should have research the area in advance for the best outcomes. But I hope they found the better solution in the next episode.

Sometimes they showed us the pics of their landscape. I am just sorry for the loss of the good opportunity for both to promote the beautiful country through the show since it is viewed world wide. They usually cooperate with the local tour department or to encourage and promote the location. But unfortunately it seemed not this time. But I expect they will be showing us the best in the next episode and showing us the beautiful nature and the local interactions. I hope you don't take this so personal. I am from Kazakhstan, we are big fan of Korean culture, that is why we love watching shows, such as 2 days 1 night, Running man, Knowing Brothers. There is also a lot of fans of K-pop, we do love k-culture. Do you that in 2017 Highlights, AOA, B1A4 came to Kazahstan's capital Astana, we knew it in advance and gathering to greet them!!! VIXX, DALSHABET came, too. Also, we live with Koreans under one flag)

I think the reason why they visited countries with less fans because it'll make them easier to do the shooting since no one follows them around & it'll help boost their popularity on cuba & kazakhstan. If they visit Asia countries, I can't imagine how many fans will follow them around. They even canceled to join a marathon in Seoul because people were too focus on them. I am glad they choose kazakhstan because even Battle Trip has never been there.
ana pudding32 I think it's more because of those countries connection with SK. Aside from what's already mentioned in the episode, I think Cuba just recently renewed ties with SK (2017), because Cuba has been a longtime "friend" of NK.

I am from Kazakhstan, we are big fan of Korean culture, that is why we love watching shows, such as 2 days 1 night, Running man, Knowing Brothers. There is also a lot of fans of K-pop, we do love k-culture. Do you that in 2017 Highlights, AOA, B1A4 came to Kazahstan's capital Astana, we knew it in advance and gathering to greet them!!!

I think the reason why they visited countries with less fans because it'll make them easier to do the shooting since no one follows them around & it'll help boost their popularity on cuba & kazakhstan.
If they visit Asia countries, I can't imagine how many fans will follow them around.

ana pudding32 I think it's more because of those countries connection with SK. Aside from what's already mentioned in the episode, I think Cuba just recently renewed ties with SK (2017), because Cuba has been a longtime "friend" of NK.
