As part of our mission to conserve and preserve BATMAN and THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN comic books from the Bronze age (specifically 1970-1979), we offer critical but scholarly reviews of the story and pencils of the book under conservation. Launching the decade of the 1970s, BATMAN #218 was released in January of 1970 as a giant-sized issue (80 pages) and includes six verbose stories reprinted from the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s.
