I dont think you are spending too much on groceries, regardless of the pax. The fact that you understand what is good and less good for you and can find balance between, price points, nutrition and your mental satisfaction is the most important thing because you cant regain your health and you are what you eat. Choosing what you want to be is way more important than saving some liquid cash imo.
