Making pasta from scratch is something i always wanted to do for such a long time but when i finally did it for the first time, it was sooo worth it. It might be a bit tedious but homemade pasta is definitely better than store bought
This video is exactly what I needed to learn how to use my new machine and the rest will be easier to do. But how to move from 7 to 2 on the machine was all I needed to learn and how to prepare the early stage of the pasta making of course. Thank you for this and all other videos you do.❤️
Pappardelle is my absolute favorite pasta! I've noticed when I bought it in stores that it says "egg pasta" on the packaging. Though I have bought pasta that was made with brown rice which was fine. But not the same. I watched this video hoping that this is how Pappardelle is made? So I'm so glad that you mentioned it towards the end. Thank you for sharing your process with us.

100 grs flour-1 egg with no salt!!😂. Where was your "agüelo "from?. 😂 Grandma from Sicilia but "agüelo" unknown.😂 Are you buying pasta machine each month?. Forbidden salt in pasta machine!. It rust it!!.😊
She said "abuela" not "aguelo" . My grandfather is from Alberona, Italy.....my husband's family is from Uruguay and the pasta we make has salt in it, and it never rusted our hand crank machine. You do have to clean and oil it to keep it in good condition.
