Sharing Our Journeys

This film shares stories about young peoples' experiences of growing up in families tackling mental health and substance use issues. Our brave Weave Youth Advocates wanted to highlight the strength and resilience of young people and to send messages of hope and encouragement to help other young people experiencing similar circumstances.
