    I can see that almost all off you are using a scope guide. I can assure you that most endoscopy places do not have a scope guide. For example i just finished my speciality in gastroenterology in my country North Macedonia, and I for one do not have the latest HD endoscopy equipment, I just use some old Pentax and half Working Stortz. Maybe you should talk more about managing loops with palpating and feeling the scope rather than going back to the Scope Guide and see where you are stuck. Otherwise you are great and very informative. Thank you, I do learn lot from you.
