Andrew Joyner I mean let's just say rn that undertale does have it's rare moments of genius. And the undertale tracks service their purpose quite well in context.
This song feels so heroic compared to the enchantress' theme. And it makes sense, Shovel Knight no longer feels conflicted about attacking the one he loves, he is now fighting alongside her, banishing evil, completely in his element.
It's not really an hard boss fight, especially considering the previous bosses, but it's epic nonetheless (and the music really helps, with its mixture of the Enchantress/Shield Knight themes), so it's a great final battle for me.
