That is a whole hell of a lot of work for a keyholder
Cool, I had no idea where this was going... thanks for sharing.😲
Very gifted craftsman. This would be unique hanging in a workshop as a conversation piece. Would love to see some of his more elaborate work.
I think the only conversation would be How Dumb & A lot of Work ! 😳
My dad set it up against our rock house side wall and used it to wrap garden hose on it. It looked great.
Was very handy especially for all 50' of hose.
That is why I am here. 👍
Mine is 7 feet off the ground, 50' of hose is about 3 loops. I currently have 250 feet of 5/8" hose on it, I do a lot of outdoor burning, brush piles and such. Like to keep the hose handy. These old wheels hung high with big loops of hose are a fast, convenient way to have water available BEFORE it's needed.👍
@@jeffhale2278 Those rims do become handy...😜
That's a really good idea
I can appreciate the work you’ve done, but a board with hooks would have been a lot easier 🤔
And safer. I can just imagine letting the outer wheel slip ....
This is a great idea. I'd put a clock and make a hidden storage.
Santo Dios. Demasiado trabajo, para un simple llavero .
Exactamente lo mismo pense yo. jajaja
Thankyou for teaching us how to get a tyre off with no tool levers and just a jigsaw that's real handy thanks
Makes them harder to patch though.
Never seen anybody work so hard to make a piece of junk!
I fukin heard that😂
Make something, film it and post it. Let's see how you do!!
Junk is what comes out of your mother's v
What would you like to see me do? Build a crane? Rebuild a diesel engine? Work cows? Fall timbre? Make a key holder that would take all of 20 minutes? Or maybe build a rifle and load the ammunition for it? Tell me big talker what would you like to see! If you would like to see me making world class BBQ watch Maria's day off! @@guyfawkes6136
Why?
Didn't see that coming 🤔what a terrific idea 💡.
Muy bueno. Qué imaginación!!!
Felicitaciones. Abrazo grande!!!
My time is limited,l'll just knock in few nails, for my keys to rest !
I KNOW THAT'S RIGHT TOO MUCH WORK LOL😂✌
This was what I got when I searched for "How to make an umbrella stand." I was enthralled until I saw the end, wow did not expect that!
lovely idea but involves a lot of heavy toolwork, drilling chisling grinding, banging, sanding, pressure washing, (great if one has a handy husband willing to do all that) im sure you've got some brilliant ideas, love that glass front a lot of work to hang keys though (but fantastic if someone else is going to do it!) 😁😁😁👍👍👍

Geniale idee
Too much work and lots of tools not handy.
I love the safety shoes.
Menino!
Vc foi surpreendente!
Parabéns!!!
Muy bueno y bien ahí Buena idea, saluditos !!!👍👍👍👍👍
I thought you were making a toilet. I was right.😢
The Guy has Craftsman skills, I keep the keys in a drawer, there's 10 min. I can't get back

That was pretty sweet dude. I liked that you got the plexi to fit with no adhesive.
Looking beyond “THE BOX” - Human Ingenuity flawlessly executed!👍👍
Flawlessly wasted.
I was seriously curious what the hell he was gonna do, and a key holder never crossed my mind. All that work for something so simple. But hey one man's trash is another mans treasure.
I use two large truck wheels to make a fire pit. Cut the center out of one and stack them and weld they together
Great creativity. Wow
Yup. Make this for your wife and surprise her with it in her new kitchen... Oh... Take a blanket and pillow with you when you move into the garage, it gets a bit nippy out there at night.... You will find your key holder waiting for you in the trash can when you get out there....
Wives have no sense of humor with this kinda stuff...
Snicker.
LOL....
Agree, what a waste of time, and space for a few keys,is he scared they escape ?

Nnnnn
What ever happened to chrome reverse wheels? I had them on my 66 Mustang
Very nice, but seems to be more special equipment than most d.i.y. folk would normally have.
🇬🇧😊🌎🇬🇧🌿🇬🇧😊
richtig cool dieser Schlüsselkasten
It would have been more valuable for a spare wheel and tire ..🍷😎👌
Vice..Mig Welder..Grinding..Cutting...Full Workshop required....Definitely not a DIY thing..lol
Heres and idea!! Great Scott's! Clean it up and make a wheel out of it.
I concur with Jim Brock!
As what the other comments say, the project is an overkill for a key cabinet. It's heavy and may pin your arm as you reach for a key. However, the project idea conveys a function that could be used for other projects which the viewers may explore in the future.
Would make a great porthole window .Just fix a catch on it, but to just hang keys behind waste of life.
it could stop thieves stealing your keys with a long pole through the letter box.
Working with cutting tools while wearing sandals. How brilliant!
Cool idea! 🧰⚙🔩🔧
My friend, you obviously have a lot of spare time on your hands
Great idea to get all keys in the open so a burglar doèsnt have to rummage around trying to find them.
So why are u like this my friend nobody wants to rob you your not even Mr Bill fence much less Mr Bill Gates chill bro its not that serious you can put anything inside of that case he just did keys bro calm the fuck down now
A lot of work. Whatever fancies you.
😂😂😂😂toooo much
Ide kreatif sangat diperlukan dlm berinnovasi menuju sebuah hasil maksimal
Mad craftsmanship skills my brother !😊
Excelente trabajo, felicitaciones.

Y aparte no todos tenemos todos esos equipo.
En que país vivimos! La cubierta estaba rebuena!
I really like this video
I gotta hand it to you. it IS a pretty neat key rack! It would be right at home in a Wes Anderson movie
No jodes
Pretty cool idea, lot of work for a key hanger. I made a fire ring out of a tractor wheel 😁.
Odlicno! 'Ko umije njemu dvije'. Bravo.
Nice video. But why all of that work just to hang a few keys. That’s a lot of welding in a lot of work just to put some keys on the wall. When you could’ve just put the board on the wall with the screws and hung the keys without all of that other stuff around it???. Good work I’m not trying to knock you I like your video just wondering that’s all
I had no clue what he was making. When I saw I thought the exact same thing. Awful lot of work to hang a few keys. And in the end you have a wheel on your wall taking up a lot of space in hanging five or six sets of keys.
It's about recycling and repurposing stuff.
Yeah I was hoping for a forge with bellows attached from underneath or something like that!
@@SMcCaskill OK OK I get it nice job
I see no practical purpose for this. When you take old steel to the scrap yard, it gets repurposed and doesnt take hours
He pickup sharp objects without gloves, but puts them on to close vice, and thread a nut 🤔😂😂😂😂
Bonito ibento me gusta mucho, para meter llaves bonito sé a quedado viva España 🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
I've been using these old Wheels as boat anchors to throw into rocks to make the boat stay close to the rocks
@Larry Clark -- I thought at first it might be a mini fire pit, but when the plexi showed up I thought, no, It could be port hole window.
I began watching the video thinking that this is going to turn out to being a great recycled useful tool or item. but was quite disappointed by the finished result. Seems a terrible amount of work, labour, time, effort and materials for the finished item to what is basically some where to hang just a few keys,
Thanks. I'm outta here!
This is a good idea that could be reinvented but just for keys ridiculous
At least the keys are protected from getting knocked off the hooks. It's a good idea. But there is also other ways similar that could work with not as much effort.
And looks pretty crappy.
Wow .... So much work for so little.....I really didn't get that ....
Very slick , indeed . Wow
that's 8 minutes and 5 seconds I'll never get back
Ain't you happy
Very good saying .
you could've fast forward it...
It might only be 8 minutes & 6 seconds of a video, but I'll guarantee you it took a hell of a lot longer to actually make this.. there are a couple of things wrong with this, 1, that's a huge amount of work to hang a keys, 2, who in their right mind would hang this thing in their house, 3, there's a couple of hours work in that.
It might look ok in a garage but not in a house
Totally agree. 👍
What a total crap. You need two hands to hang a fucking key.
Depends whose house it is~!!
Soy cary y ésos trabajos son fantásticos 👍
Very Good ! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Well, theres 8 minutes of my life I will never get back !!
Glad l skipped right to the end
That's a LOT of WORK for a key holder...
Just a little More Thought and it could have been something unbelievably BEAUTIFUL!
9.
I totally agree. I watched the whole thing thinking it was going to be something really creative, besides it was funny watching him. What a stupid ending!
Well ..... there's 8 minutes of my life I can't get back.
Bonne idée, résultat intéressant, bravo....Québec, Canada. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
LOL All of the below basically said it. A flat metal key rack with hooks...BAM! Use these items instead for a nice BBQ Grill.
Great work 😃😀
Greetings here from Illinois USA!
This could also be attached to a base for use as an end table with a swing away top. The compartment could be used for storing items such as remote controls.
V
Or... hey... it could be a handy place to stash condoms! What a stupid waste of time, energy, and materials... ugliest thing I've seen in a long time.
And pistols
ME T👀! I hung in here all this time! When he left it swinging, (I couldn't see what he hung in it---"the keys"-- I thought it was a clock!🤗) With screw driver hands! 🤔 hmm...might have something there, now!😂
For decades, surfboard shapers and glasser's have used old wheels like this for the bases for board racks to build the boards on. The wheel is used as is with a post attached to the middle, and y racks on the top, built either in wood or welded on in metal. The weight of the wheel, keeps the rack steady, and yet they are moveable for different length boards.

Can I take my tire and wheel up the street to the tire shop and have them take the tire off of the wheel or do I have to go through all the crap you went through?
This old wheel makes an excellent outdoor stove.

Well that's 8mins 6sec of my life I won't get back.
I am finally learning to speed to the end to see what weird thing people are making and don't waste time if I don't like it. Whew I didn't waste my time wondering what this thing was going to be.
You're all MAD! Hahahahaha

I think I'm gonna go out & buy a load of tool then 1 day IL make myself a wife 🤣😂
It would've looked so much cooler if the bolts were lugnuts & actually arranged to match your fav car. Could've shown comparison shots of the upcycled rim vs one on a car.
Small hooks on the wall work fine!
This video teaches us to go to the end of the video first to find out what the final project finally. Amazing hard work all for just a key aquarium ....unbelievable. skilled guy with a lot of spare time and a lot of spare stuff laying around. Thought this dude was gonna build a wood burning oven, the base of a surfboard building stand or a clever plastic rubbish bag wall holder which would be economically viable with this exact same set up. Good worker though but a waste of materials. I make surfboards and at this time I'm cutting up and welding gas cylinders into a wood burning stove and heater.
Yep ...
Magnifique ...!!!
All that!! for that !!! PURE GENIUS!!!!!
Used tire place out in the country uses a stack of 3 or 4 as a coal stove for heat in their outside bay. Hot as hell
Very clever, but all that time for key holder. I thought he was making a stove.
Very interesting work, I watched the whole video and I thought he is going to make great fire place or flower pot etc. But I am not happy to end result. Key holder.
Thank you I could not began
That's a lot of work
Lovely good work
You can take pld tires to your big box mechanic shop and they will take old tires off for free. And they can dispose of the tires as well, although it might cost you some money for that
This guy is really good with metal
