We found it our favourite spot in Kakadu National Park, this episode we explore Jim Jim Falls and Twin Falls region, we engage 4x4 and hit the tracks, we get to the top of both Jim Jim and Twin Falls, take a swim in Jim Jim’s plunge pool and bush camp at Karnamarr campground.

40 years ago - my mate and I walked from barramundi falls (Maguk) around the escarpment to Jim Jim - 10 days in total. Didnt see anyone. Fantastic trip. Difficult to do it now though, permits and a bunch of rules. Too much red tape.

Wow that would have been amazing!! I am super jealous. It’s definitely more Kaka-don’t than Kakadu. We tried to get a couple of permits to do a few different things and they said no to all of them 🥲 still a beautiful place. 😀👍👍
