Need to lubricate the bearing. Remove the white plastic behind the circuit board and spray some wd40 directly onto the bearing.

@@ShinyKoh lubricating will solve the squeaking but humming noise may persist. If you want the "wung wung" humming noise to go away then need to replace the 1.8uF capacitor on the circuit board also.
@@diysg1632 thanks very much for the advice. Let me try to remove the squeaky sound first. Coz changing the capacitor maybe a tougher job for me. 🤣

WD40 isn't suitable for fan bearings, grease or oil will be better
