This is an amazing product. It helps me to visualize the moving aspects of a trade in a powerful and intuitive way. I have been a software engineer for almost 40 years. I understand and really appreciate the thorough and effective UX. Excellent software!
Optionstrat is a crucial tool for constructing successful trades, but I'm encountering two issues. Firstly, it places low emphasis on volume by considering it alone, without combining open interest and volume for alerts. Secondly, during a roll-up, it doesn't account for closing the position at the time of the roll-up; instead, it considers new values. Despite these issues, its other functions surpass those of competing applications in this field. ❤
For your second point, you can absolutely close one leg of a trade and enter your closing price for that leg and then open a new leg (hence completing the roll). I often do this is some of the start to finish videos. On your first point I am less sure what you are specifically after, but their are "bars" that show at each strike to show the level of activity at those strikes, AND there is a warning icon for very low liquidity as well.
If you do any sort of complex options trading, and need to visualize adjustments, etc...I haven't found anything close to this tool. The graphical interface with toggles makes visualizing trades easy. The tools from TD and Schwab (including TOS) aren't as easy as this. I would be screwed without this product.
Hi, just a question. II would like to know what those red tabs are that are below the price and green above the price. I can't figure out what they are. Thanks in advice
I am not tech support, and not certain precisely where you are asking about - but it sounds like you asking about the tabs that identify your long and short options strikes in the position (which is essentially the CORE of the products functionality) - but if I am missing the boat here - you can contact support at support@optionstrat.com. Be sure watch the tutorials under the button at the top right of the page as well.

How to check Option chain in this ?
Question-table mode with P&L, what does the $ number represent? If that number is 200, is that 1 contract =$200?
We dont have to multiply that by 100?
Anyway to get alerts when option has reached defined threshold % of max profit?
I am not certain on that one, so maybe reach to support for clarification or the suggestion.
Is there a tutorial for people that want to learn options but from your platform point of view?
This youtube channel and the corresponding discord channels are great places to start: discord.com/invite/W749mNs2b9

Super!
Thank you! Cheers!
In Graph Mode inside the blue area the black vertical lines, are those Standard Deviation (SD) lines?
I believe the lines you are referencing are the "Breakeven" locations for the position.
ma quanto costa questo programma ??? grazie
Wow
