Ok so "Black Flash" is a technique that is considered a "miracle" in battle due to the pros It can only be activated if CE is used in 1/1000000th of a second so its extremely rare But if a Black Flash is landed then it would do 2.5 more damage or in number terms: 60 newton's worth of force would turn into 27885 newtons and also give a 120% boost in CE It wont INCREASE the amount but would cause you to go into a "flow" in which you gain a higher understanding of CE, allowing many opportunities to arise
