That turned out really well, especially with the challenge of duelling coasters. Perhaps lifting up the last curve for the blue track might even out the finish. Keep up the fantastic work. I waited all day to sit in quiet just so I could enjoy your video. Thanks!
Lovely! AND as for the disparity? The fact that the red (coat?) track has that extra "bump" airtime before the final dual curve back to the station over the water kind of balances that out, I think. Well done!
I think that the temple theme offers itself quite well for head chopper archways. It leaves lots of room for collapsed ruin pillars and arches that have sort of fallen over the track.
Don't downplay your coaster making skills! They look awesome, and it's great to know how much work you put into learning how to make a "realistic" one, while also watching other peoples builds
Great coasters! Maybe you can tweak the block brakes in the middle of the ride (or add a trim brake) to make a the blue just a bit slower, so the race end in a tie.
Jonti these coasters are completely awesome. The only thing is change is the blue track to black then you have the Red (British red coats) vs. black (Pirate's black flags/ Jolly Rogers)
For the finished ride cinematic, consider doing a side-to-side dual camera (obviously video post-editing, but what can you do) so you can see both perspectives at the same time.
I think it turned out pretty well, but the whole time I was thinking 'I don't know what I'm doing, I don't know what I'm doing...' lol... give me tree placing and wooden planks anyday :D
Incredible..esp for your first real coaster build! I love the Grand National at Blackpool, it's probably the best wooden rollercoaster in the UK. I managed to make it in RCT3!
Love this park and the work you've put out! Just a suggestion, you should include a "high five" element like the one on Twisted Colossus instead of the straight track from the turnaround in the pond back to the station. If want to talk about realistic layouts/track profiling to try to get even better at making coasters (you don't give yourself enough credit as it is) I'd love to help! :)
Thanks Blake! Watched a PoV of Twisted Colossus... struggle to get my head around it being one track XD I'm assuming a 'high five' element is when tthey turn into each other? if so that would be a neat feature for that 'dead zone' at the end!
Yep, that's the part I was talking about! Maybe even theme it like the pirates and redcoats are clashing with each other right before the finish. Just a suggestion! :) Can't wait to see what is next in this park!
Ahhh I just binge watched the entire series over two days and now I am out! I now have to go mine the rest of your awesome channel for things to watch and thumbs up!
Oh no! Well, we have a Let's Play series where I work through the career levels... or other creative games too, I'm currently learning my way through Cities Skylines :D
The let's play is definitely my next stop. I really love your content. I always admire anyone who does a lot of time lapse content since it's so much work for one video. Thanks for sharing 💖
You are way too hard on yourself! You did an excellent job on the coasters. And I seriously cannot wait to see what you do with the ruins for this! Also, thanks again for sharing my NASA building on Twitter. 😁😁😁
There is a mobis loop racing coaster at my home park, kennywood. You leave one side of the station and come back in on the other side. Its called Racer.
It's always great to see a video from this series pop up :D The coaster looks amazing and like lots of fun. I love the shot at the end and how it looks in the background of the pirate area. By the way, will you continue the let's play series of the career mode in the future? I always enjoyed seeing you play through that.
I did enjoy the career mode... but hit a bit of a brick wall with that last coaster and lost interest. I may well go back to it when I have a little more free time in a couple of months :D
love your videos so much so glad you just be yourself it makes the videos soo much better keep up the good work :) can't wait to see what you do with the summer updates
You said you don't know many dueling coasters. I personally love coasters and some the Grand National is a dueling coaster and there is Dragon Challenge is Universal Studios, Florida and one more I've been on is Stampida in Port Aventura in Spain. It's a wooden ruling coaster themed on a stampede. I noticed under the station that there is a switch to change who wins and not just the weight. I still love watching your videos and I would donate if my parents let me.
Did you look at the interior of the log fume? Looks like PC is dropping supports through the terrain when the coaster intersects the ground ... which would be annoying -Snake756
Our first real coaster build... go easy on me!
Don't worry - it's much better than anything I'd build!
FIFA is boss lol same
Geekism, did you ever ride the log flume in first person? If you did, in what episode? Thanks!
what about the stream boomerang?
Oh yeah XD Forgot about the boomerang!
Nailed it! You underestimate your skills.
If only it didn't spoil the narrative, a Mayan pyramid would be perfect at the chain lift.
Great coasters, a few kinks to iron out, but impressive!
That turned out really well, especially with the challenge of duelling coasters. Perhaps lifting up the last curve for the blue track might even out the finish. Keep up the fantastic work. I waited all day to sit in quiet just so I could enjoy your video. Thanks!
Loved it! Think you built a nice track there. I'd probably also want to extend it to the water. Looking forward to seeing the theming!
+Druzhnik Thanks Druzhnik... theming has begun, look forward to sharing it with you all :)
Epic build. I love watching them snake around each other.
now I'm inspired to make my own dueling coasters!
Lovely! AND as for the disparity? The fact that the red (coat?) track has that extra "bump" airtime before the final dual curve back to the station over the water kind of balances that out, I think. Well done!
Been watching your chanel for a long time. Really enjoy your videos. Can't wait for more.
Thanks Phil, glad you're enjoying them :)
I think that the temple theme offers itself quite well for head chopper archways. It leaves lots of room for collapsed ruin pillars and arches that have sort of fallen over the track.
Yeah! This is exactly the sort of thing I am thinking... think it will look good :)
Don't downplay your coaster making skills! They look awesome, and it's great to know how much work you put into learning how to make a "realistic" one, while also watching other peoples builds
Thanks Joao! I do think it turned out well... I just worry that coaster heads will look at it and cry lol
Truly a great fuelling coaster. Thanks for bringing this to us.
Love that Thorpe Park 2017 music in the background!
All the music is royalty free stuff from Epidemic... although I guess Thorpe Park may use it too XD
oops, just listening back and it isn't the Thorpe Park soundtrack, as they use IMAscore for their music! It just sounds awfully similar!
Great coasters! Maybe you can tweak the block brakes in the middle of the ride (or add a trim brake) to make a the blue just a bit slower, so the race end in a tie.
So excited to see how this is going to turn out!
For a name I think it would be cool to have a classic Disney/adventure-esque name, so my suggestion is :
Quest for Glory: A Pirates Duel
that track turned out cool! can't wait to see the theming!
I've been waiting more than a week for this
+Xeviozo 8 days no less! Trying my hardest to do one weekly, but work is pretty crazy at the minute :) thanks for bearing with me!
Jonti these coasters are completely awesome. The only thing is change is the blue track to black then you have the Red (British red coats) vs. black (Pirate's black flags/ Jolly Rogers)
Whoa, that's awesome!
Thanks!

I can relate when it comes to coaster building...the struggle is real!
I think it turned out pretty well, but the whole time I was thinking 'I don't know what I'm doing, I don't know what I'm doing...' lol... give me tree placing and wooden planks anyday :D
Thanks very much for the Redcoat! Loving the series; great stuff as always! See you back in the Creativerse server when I get some free time.
Jonti has done it again!
Aww, shucks :D
Very nice!! Also, you are almost at 10K subs! Way to go!
This has been a great series. I can't wait to see what you do next!
Awesome job as usual well done!!
+Mr MACC Thanks! ^^
Incredible..esp for your first real coaster build! I love the Grand National at Blackpool, it's probably the best wooden rollercoaster in the UK. I managed to make it in RCT3!
How do you start them at the same time
Love this park and the work you've put out! .....No dueling wooden coasters in Flordia? Uhm, Gwazi lmao
Redgrave89 gwazi is gone
Redgrave89 rmc Gwazi 😎
Iron gwazi
Cedar Point has Gemeni where you can high five people. Kennywood has the Racers where you can high five!
Ahhh I just binge watched the entire series over two days and now I am out! I now have to go mine the rest of your awesome channel for things to watch and thumbs up!

yeah your coasters are great. We don't mind the wait 😀
Thanks! and no problem, it was an awesome build!
I love block brakes

How do you manage To Build a Dueling coaster on Planet coaster? It's so hard to replicate a RMC Model you already Made!
That was enjoyable and I left a like and a comment down below.
+Morgan Carter so you did! Thanks Morgan :)
I'm loving the vids keep it up! 😊
Thanks Pixel!
love your videos so much so glad you just be yourself it makes the videos soo much better keep up the good work :) can't wait to see what you do with the summer updates
+Matthew Wood Thanks Matthew... I have some great ideas for summer update... really looking forward to it :)
Also this looks amazing!!
Gemini at Cedar Point!
There was a duelling coaster in Florida - Universal Studios. The duelling dragons in the Harry Potter section
there is a nice duelling coaster in Efteling, The Netherlands, its fairytale themed: peter en de draak (peter and the dragon) its fire vs water
Love this series!
+Alec Salameda Thanks! ^^
You still need to add in the meet and greet like you did in the western area.
Yes! Thanks for reminding me :D
Geekism No problem :)

Love the series Jonti!!! So excited for the new coaster!!!!!!!!
Thanks!
I actually thought the red one wouldn't make a single right-turn lmao.
Wow - The dual coaster looks great so far - Here's a name for them: (Tory vs Patriot). Can't wait to see your scene layout for it :)
Just out of curiosity when do you plan on finishing the log flume?
Just waiting for the summer update... there's a few bits in there I want to add to the log flume :)
nice vid
As for a name, how about "The battle for the seven cities"?
It is the 'Grand National' in Blackpool. Fantastic coaster.
Thought so, that thing is crazy!
Did you look at the interior of the log fume? Looks like PC is dropping supports through the terrain when the coaster intersects the ground ... which would be annoying
-Snake756
+Jake Varney haha! Didn't think of that... you can remove supports for certain bits of track, so I can do that if needs be :)
isn't there dueling coasters at Busch Gardens in Florida? wooden coasters i think...
Oh yeah! Gwazi! It was closed last time I went, but I must have ridden it in 2004 :)
Geekism I believe Gwazi is permanently closed.
Yes Gwazi is gone forever! hopefully get the RMC treatment :]
Gwaszi was shut down. But there are papers that have been released, possibly making it a rmc.
How did you get the coaster so close without the gap?
You have the same 2 knight animatronic
RMC should hire yo ass, this looks dope
Can anyone tell me how how managed to test both the coasters at the same time? I got this game yesterday and am total n00b x)
I want to start a theme park maybe you could design one of my roller coasters
have you been to drayton manor?
Yes, but YEARS ago... would like to go back tbh!
ppst the dueling dragons at universal is a dueling coaster thats really simmilar to the one you are doing
RUclips Commenter color wise riding the two I mean it’s a hybrid coaster
it gone now tho
So blue wins and gets an extra inversion
Dragon challenge in Florida
+Satanic Satan Devil totally forgot this! Although they don't really duel anymore
It should probably be black vs red not blue because black is generally a colour associated with pirates
+QuickFireGamerFanBase agree... like I said in the video, the red vs blue was more to help distinguish whilst building :)
Can we have the blue print
Labour vs Conservative: The ride to number 10 LOL
he accidentally dug to hell
not violent enough to be an rmc
Use more robots
DUELING DRAGONS UNIVERSAL STUDIOS
I want my name on it it is Matthew
That cough though, it wasn't so special in 2017 but omg it's 2020 now
First!
Winner Winner! :P
