One way the Ministry of Culture can encourage artists to promote their culture is by educating them on the importances such as how it can help to preserve our culture, how it can help to teach others about our culture, etc. This can be done through advertisements on the TV or radio encouraging these artists.
This is likely to be successful as if these artists learn the benefits of making songs or pieces promoting the culture it will serve as an encouragement to them.

This is likely to be successful as this can increase more trading in the region which can help yo develop the regions economy. Also with incentives from the government, this can also be cheaper than trading with non-regional countries, persuading more companies to trade within the region further developing each countries economy.

Government can contribute towards young artists in which can push them or encourage them to use local culture in there art in a way of thanks and gratitude
