- Hello, my friends and welcome to the first ever Foodie Friday! In today's cook with me, we are making pork carnitas, a delish taco full of flavor! We are washing it down with a cranberry pomegranate margarita and finishing it off with a delicious tres leches cake. Recipes are listed below! XO - Tiffany

Omg everything looked delicious! Just a thought since you mentioned that it's hard to find the cojita cheese. Have you considered buying extra when you do find it. And just freeze it... Or cut half depending on how much you use ..

I cook it in my crockpot. Corn tortillas are my favorite. The tres leches cake looks easy to make and super delicious.

I am excited to make the pork carnitas and the tres leche cake. I am not a fan of cilantro (tastes like soap) and we do not drink so won't make the margaritas but have never had pork carnitas before. I love this idea of Foodie Friday's. I love to cook and am always looking for new recipes!! Thank you for sharing this. I love your kitchen!

I am not a fan of pork taco's mainly as I don't like the seasonings. And I'm not a margarita drinker. But everything looked delish. Your cake is very different, and I imagine that it tastes very good. I would like to see other food videos like a nice beef roast or pork roast or even a roasted chicken. I'd love to see more Foodie Fridays!
