I think the only Mexican border town that is nicER, prittiER than its U.S. counterpart in all the border is Piedras Negras, Coahuila, for what I have seen. The rest of cities at the border are a humiliation compared to the U.S. side, a reminder of "the Manifest Destiny" sentiment of americans.
