As a Trini, I have to say this is one of the most refreshing RUclips channels I have ever seen. Your heart is open and kind, and people return that same vibe to you for the most part. Having not been back to Trinidad in quite some time, while living abroad, it is cool to see you connect with people in a down to earth way. The way you destigmatize and re-humanize these communities through your vlogs is very fascinating, and I appreciate you.
Trini of 10 years here. It ain’t scary at all, the graffiti is all gone, everyone’s got cable or fiber optic internet, hardly any sewage problems and minimum wage is at like 6000-10000 usd per month. Also free healthcare in Trini

The thing there is that people are forgetting the normal people who are not in no gang thing, because the focus is on the gangs in conversation and just by doing that you put a whole neighbor-hood in a hoods gang.
