It was nice to hear the term, 'sundowners.' It reminds me of the time with my father on the game preserve in Kenya. Mine consisted of orange Fanta, there's, scotch
I was wondering during your presentation if she was Steel/Alu, and in the end you mentioned GRP. The superstructure looks somewhat bulges. If she was a woman she could be working at Hooters! With all that superstructure I think she will be rolling a lot at anchor. She also comes across (first impression) and being very square, from an Italian builder it would have expected somewhat more Italian shapes and curves. If I had 5M to spare I would go for a slightly smaller second hand Bering and keep money in my pocket. Thanks for my Dutch compatriots at De Valk for giving you the opportunities to show different vessels.
After a quick Google search, I have to take your view of a Portuguese Bridge. All if the definitions I could find stated it's sole purpose is to deflect sea water over the pilot house. However, one article did admit that there are some yachts that have look-alike but not-functional versions for aesthetic reasons.
Hey, have you ever seen the Metal Shark 148 ft catamaran? It's real, not a concept. Ones been built. That's one hell of a cat. Would LOVE to see you do a deep dive on it. To me, it's the most impressive power cat I've ever seen and it's not even close.
I'm not a fan of yachts stowing tenders and toys on the foredeck. In rough weather, a green wave over the bow will remove them (and might create further damage in the process). I know these yacht aren't meant to be out there in bad weather, but there's always the chance of being caught out. The loss of Nadine 1996 is a point in case (yes, I know the crew scuttle was the main problem in that incident). It just isn't good design, but these days beach clubs seem to be more important to people than proper storage for tenders and toys.
WOW I love this yacht and most important it's Brand New!! I guess when one can't afford a yacht every Damn yacht looks good like I say any yacht is better than NO yacht at all?? 2 me it looks Marvellous and I like the layout, Range and most of all the Speed !! Thanks for ur video so I can B dreaming a little longer !! You Sir have Fun and B Safe !! 😅😅😊😊
Really enjoy these video's. Sure would like to see a "Lighting on" at night, I bet the lighting on a boat yacht like this has got to be top notch. no channels do this....hint hint Cheers!
I like the look of this yacht. But I think watching that TV will be very uncomfortable. Either craning your head to the left or leaning out and craning your head to the right. I think the TV could have been better placed. While I seldom watch TV while yachting, sometimes I will put the ball game on and watch that while visiting. Other times I have a party specifically to watch a ball game. In the case of this yacht, it would not be a very comfortable situation.
I do not like the placement of the life rafts. If an eight year old can not launch the raft the placement is wrong. Edge of the flybridge deck so they can be shoved off for deployment is much safer.
Thanks for watching! Please don’t forget to check out my social media management business: bit.ly/ShipShape_Social_Media_Management

love the hull and exterior, but i would have chosen a MUCH different layout and interior design features.
Couldn't agree more....something is very off with the whole internal look/layout....even pilothouse control station!
RRRRRRRReally really really LOVE the shape of this ship!!!
Normally i don't comment on interior design choices. But the wood choices are terrible on this yatch. At least in my opinion.
It’s a bit soul-less and bland. I would prefer some richer darker coulours
The sky lounge looks lovely. :)

GRP.
It's a personal opinion, but can any GRP vessel *really* be called an explorer yacht?
@@MesaperProductionsI agree, a plastic boat can never be an explorer. It has to be a full displacement steel hull at least

Looking solid and clean!! love it
Glad you like it!
Wow , she's beautiful , I'll check my lottery tickets tonight 👍😁
The inside looks like an Ikea Showroom
Need a handrail to help you get up the stairs from the salon in any kind of rough weather!
Seems to be rugged and capable which is necessary in an explorer. Although perfectly functional not a lot of interior volume for a boat of its size.
The thumbnail of this boat really caught my attention… however the interior is much to sterile and cold.
Looks great...but GRP ? Hmm.

Nice, clean! Do you have to do laundry on shore?

Exterior is great, lovely hull etc
The interior 'how bland do you want it ??'
'Yes.....'
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦

Great suggestion!
And after writing that, you mentioned a handrail. No crew quarters on the boat?

That boat has the most unattractive interior. The exterior is good looking, love the colors and styling.
I think for the price point, I like the Berings better
I would think by the name, the boat is 85' long.
85ft 6inches LOA
👍
I gather the crew dont get a cabin but sleep on deck.
Crew accommodation details are at the end of the video 🫡
@@YachtBuoy oops sorry from the merchant navy i.e the senior service.

You must have a very young crew.
She looks a bit top heavy to my eye
would you take $4.8 m and does that come all inclusive? get back to me my wife likes this boat........
Do not like the life raft stowages.
Bit too IKEA for me
No.
plastic boat ↓
Plastic is nasty, it pollutes the oceans! Make steel yachts and be blessed! ✌
