I just saw Katie’s Instagram for the first time after watching this and after seeing her before/after photos on IG, I have to say, she looks healthier back then (when she decided that she wants to loose weight) than now, and i say that as a guy with a gf who used to have a +30 bmi (which is clinically obese) growing up and during her school days but lost all that weight; and i mean got her bmi down to a 23-24 bmi range & got into shape by the time i met her. I’ll be surprised if Katie’s BMI was over 24.9 back then.
If anything, Katie looks unhealthily skinny now which I can already see from her chiseled jawline. On top of that, any certified personal trainers should know (because they were taught this when they get their certification) that a woman’s essential fat percentage is 10% and usually u need to go below 10% bf for chiseled abs to appear so for Katie to have chiseled abs suggests part of her getting that lean cuts into her needed essential fat.
But I guess it’s also her genetics too for her body to be allow her to go to that extreme and yet still able to function. I know if my gf tried that, she’d get extremely lethargic before achieving half of the results Katie has.
Wow. Thanks
Great video 🔥🔥🔥
Wahoo!!! Way to go Katie!!! 💪

Can i eat boiled sweet corn while dieting?
You can eat anything really as long as you are in a calorie deficit and don’t have dietary restrictions.
