GooseDaPlayMaker1 same here it's exposed to so many awesome people. what a time we live in. my favorite person I've discovered from his podcast is Jordan Peterson
I am a disabled veteran who is going through a divorce and who is facing homelessness. Life is difficult for me everyday. I have a neurocognitive disorder that will stay with me until I die. But when you learn to not react based on your emotions life becomes so much more easy to bear.
Gabriel Miranda hey Gabriel. Thanks man for your service. Shout outs from here in Houston. Divorce sucks and I've been there and done that, but i PROMISE you'll come out stronger, smarter, and better! Walk tall and keep your chin up soldier!!!!💪💪💪👍👍👍
I know people will say I'm stupid or weak or whatever. But I listen to this everyday and have for a couple months. I was taking pills and black out drinking everyday. Now I don't take pills I don't steal or drink. I go to counseling once a week and go to AA or NA twice a week. I lost 25 pounds. I don't hate myself anymore. This helped get me on the path to change my life. And to the people who made it I can't thank you enough. You guys should also listen to Nick Diaz how bad do you want it.
Joe is responsible for my life getting so much better in my late 30's. He introduced me to: Jocko, Peterson, Trussell, Harris, Chris Ryan, Goggins, and many others. But Joe himself has really helped me become a better man. I started BJJ at 40, stopped drinking alcohol, started meditating, and have lost 25 plus pounds.
You listened and he inspired you, but don’t forget you took action and made it happen, you have to give yourself credit. Good on you mate, keep pushing!
I’m 72, self employed for 42 years as a carpenter/contractor and still at it. But lately, I’m struggling. I’m tired of it. Yet, I see my retired friends....all retired but me...and they are deteriorating physically and they are grouchy. I know that work keeps me in touch with reality and physically healthy. The struggle of late is I’m pushing through a vinyl siding job...in winter. The fight is against the cold. Boots get wet, wind in my face, constant nose dripping. I’ve got another 3 weeks of this at least and heading into the coldest time of the season. Joes words inspire me to fight it out and put in full days. Thanks Joe. A better option. Start being a boss. Have others do that job. Go to the gym. There is a reason you see the rich in the gym. First they have the time. Delegate your money making. @@johnnyboy2411 thank you for your reply! It has been a long year but I finally have received victory. The way that I've received victory Is by changing my perspective and allowing myself time and patience to heal. Blessings!
No disrespect but you sound extremely weak and lack will power with a victim mentality . Always a reason , someone to blame , with an excuse on the ready for when shit goes south. You don’t need someone to feel sorry for you , you need tough love and a hard swift kick in the ass. Nothing else will save someone like you. I pray you find both.
Almost 1 year ago, at 18, I was doing drugs and not caring about my future. I dropped out of highschool and blamed everyone else for my problems. I went through a horrible breakup and then I changed my life. I quit smoking, quit drugs and drinking, I learned guitar, I went back to school & got straight A's, I learned how to write better. I'm learning to worry about myself and not anyome else. I built a body I am happy with. I workout everyday. I am building for my future. Anyone on earth can achieve their dreams/goals, I promise you.

So many hurt people and people going thru things- sometimes I feel like I’m the only one. I’m 32, recovering alcoholic, and have nothing to show for in life so far. It’s a mental battle. I drive Uber/lyft while going to school. Starting my second semester of college this summer. Life’s hard. I feel so far behind
Joe is like the dad most of us never had. I wish I had a father figure to show me the way in life, a mentor to guide me in the right direction, maybe then I would've avoided all of the mistakes that led me where I am today. Without people like Joe Rogan, Jacko, Jordan Peterson, Rich Roll, or many others with amazing podcasts, I would've never been exposed to such amazing people with incredible philosophy for life.
I've been listening to alot of Joe's speech's these past few weeks while training as opposed to listening to music, I can actually train harder while listening to Joe's motivational talks, I've just done 110 pushups while listening to this, and didn't get nowhere near as tired as I usually do, the spoken word is a powerful thing
This truth of never giving up and pushing towards exellence is embodied in all religion, sports, careers & relationships. Its the key to ultimate satisfaction. Do the best with what you have where ever you are with what ever you might have been through. And eventually you will come out on top if you never throw in the towel.
Joe, I’m a pro Muay Thai fighter at the end of my career. I fight tonight. This is my 40th fight. I still get crazy anxiety, fear, helplessness. I just don’t feel I can do this anymore. I want to thank you for this vid, to help me calm my nerves and rise to the occasion 🙏🏻
Serenity - is not just being at peace. But being at peace when everything and everyone around you is trying to tell you you are not good. It's knowing that you are truly good.
I've gained a lot of weight during lockdown. Now I've started muay thay, going 5 days a week at the gym and started keto. You're my inspiration Joe Rogan! You really make a difference in this world! Bless you!
at 48 ive fucked up, made wrong choices, in life. But at 45, i started waking up everyday at least 1 thing positive that moved me in the direction i wanted to be. Today i am where i want to be, but tomorrow, i am going even further, and nothing on this fucking planet, will ever fucking stop me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm a recovering addict and I lost everything just recently... The job. the home. the girl...now im in a half way home with nothing BUT that does not define me and I wake up early and listen to this so I can over come the resistance and I'm starting over and starting my new story.
Joe Rogan I love you! Just think of all the kids that are high school age that you are shining a light by your common sense words and videos. This is such a dark, crazy, upside down world. I would not want to be an adolescent in this world. Keep shining, your common sense words are a light. You inspire me.
Joe is my hero, I've changed my life just by taking a couple of his advices, now people think I'm the same ol guy but I have to remember I've changed and I have to make sure they understand I'm a changed man!!! Thank you for this video 👍
Maybe i'm wrong, but i think you don't have to show people nothing. They will see your change, but let that motivate you the least.Let yourself be motivated by what you will show to yourself, the satisfaction will be perfect.
panos kevre I agree. Don't do anything for anyone but yourself when it comes to making your life better. Anything someone feels they need to prove, they need to prove it to themselves. Who cares about others opinions. But that's just me
I am leaving the 14 years of incarcerated time in my past, I'm out now for 3 yrs. Yes his advice works I'm living proof, I'm 50 yrs.old and now living a fulfilled life, I keep exercising, insightful thoughts, family, grind it out..
Heard this for the first time today and it floored me. I used to be into fitness a lot and lost over 4 stone training 5 times a week...unfortunately I’ve regained all that weight and been depressed for a while now but today I will take that step after hearing this thank you 🙏. I'm 42 with a family and decided to completely believe in myself and God. Gave it all and It the best decision I made . Believe in your self and cut out all opinions about you. Life is waiting for you to take your harvest. God bless 🙌
In this uncertain time it brings a tear to my eye that people from all over the world can still come together when someone is struggling and support. Amazing xx
This channel... propelling me forward everyday, I've converted tons of your videos to mp3 and listen to them all day everyday wherever I go whatever I do. You fuel my fire. I will continue to hold the line.
Three lesson five learned in life. 1. Get comfortable being uncomfortable 2. Put in the work 3. Know that in life you will fuck things up and piss people off. But if you learn from this you will be a better person.
And I thought I was the only one to be inspired by joe and even joey coco Diaz. I'm overweight, three kids, wife, not the beast of a troop I was back in service going overseas. Motivation hard to find. BUT I'll be back proving this gave me the push
This touched me... I’ve spent the past 3 years, running from adversity, fearful of change, dwelling on past mistakes, and have grown miserable from disrespecting myself in the process. I’m soon going to turn 21 and I’m ashamed of the life i live and the person I see in the mirror. Starting now I promise to keep taking the steps to try to better myself everyday until I become the hero in my own movie.
Alex Karchevsky it actually would be harder to be motivated, you receive motivation from how shit life is and wanting to change, also he has earned everything so you can't say anything bad really considering he had nothing had nothing handed to him
"I'm not doing this anymore, I decide this is me, people need to realise you are not all the time you fucked up, thats not you, you are a person thats learnt from a great deal of experience" These words are why my life is better now.
I believe in this, all of this 100%. At 44, I have a product I developed. But I do not have funding to get it to market. So my wife and I (with two kids) are selling our home and chasing our dream. Wiping out all of our debt, cashing out, and self funding the dream. All of this started about two years ago, when we decided to rent out our home and move to NZ. In NZ i got to train in BJJ everyday, sometimes twice a day. I got to teach a kids class, with my kids in those classes. We lived more simply, but were more happy then we had ever been. Joe Rogans words have been something that I have come back to over and over and over again. Here is to breaking the chains. Here it to living life. Here to to living with the understanding that this IS a journey and I (and my family) are not defined by the walls we have self constructed. Here is to forwarding my dream for a better life. Here is to my idea WriteWood.com. Chase your dreams kids. We only get one chance on this rock, hurtling though space.
I fight, literally, with my past every morning. I have silent conversations with my dad, my ex wife, my previous employer, my younger self. It is incredibly difficult when the first thoughts in your morning is a conversation with people who are not longer in your life.
I think this video and the Jordan Peterson vid on building trust with yourself on small tasks was the two videos that changed my life, complete 180, decided and failed and eventually got to the starting line and now I'm moving full speed ahead
He says two things I've never heard before and just makes so much sense. 1. Be the hero of your own movie. 2. Companies give us benefits to keep us around. That just makes so much sense. Everyone looks for that job with great benefits and then we decide to stay there the rest of our working lives. If it were not for the workers, these companies would not stay in business.
This really changed my life. I was in a job that I hated, felt trapped, and listening to this gave me that momentum to make a change. Took a chance and found another career and everything fell into place 🙏 Awesome motivation here👍
To anyone who wants change, welcome thru the door. Now you’ve realized there is everlasting doors and you just have to keep pushing forward. Push. Forward.
I, like most people, have insecurities. I think about talking to a therapist but I listen to Joe Rogan, Steve Harvey and other on u tube. They are honest and smart. It has helped me a lot. I have gone from wanting to commit suicide to wanting to live and now I want to study BJJ. Joe Rogan and Steve Harvey ARE my true heroes.
43...Alone in life...Out of shape former athlete and artist. I ain't sure how I got to this point after having all the pride and confidence in the world based on talent and ability. But here I am...Looking for a reason why, or a way to get back on the path. This definitely helps. Thanks for this upload. And thank you Joe! I think I've been activated
Tears and re assurance every time i listen to this speech. Always drinking. Lost my gf of 7 yrs. From drinking my boss mentally breaks me down so much. Im ready to throw in the towel. I need change. I try so hard. I listen to this speech so much i almost have it memorized. Tomorrows a new day
The last minute of this video when the sound of the jump rope and speed bag come in is absolutely magical! Gives me goosebumps every time I here it! Masterful editing! If someone doesn’t know what Joe Rogan is about this is the video to send them
Thank you very much for creating this video. It's the perfect time for me to find it & it's not an accident. For a long time I wanted to have my RUclips channel, I finally had the courage to do it last year 2 years after our son died & I am pretty shock how fast it has been growing by trials & mistakes. Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
One of the things I had to do to start working towards my goals was quitting motivational videos. There came a time when I realized I was procrastinating by listening to inspirational stuff, theorising about the things I should do, planning how to do them and so on. I started educating myself on programming while at the same time working on the app I wanted to build and today I'm already working on my second app. Motivational videos are great, but know when you've had enough and get to action. Because it really all comes down to action. Joe said it himself in this video.
I'm 42 my marriage is failing, business is failing and mental health is failing. I want to be the hero of my own story I just don't know where to start.
I love you Joe. Been following for awhile. First as a comedian on my long drives. now motivation that I need. I see misery every day. People like you inspire me. And I need that. You inspired me today. Life is good
Engineering student pulling long hours this semester. I am so goddamn tired. I just want to sleep but stuff like this helps me to sit down and do the work. Edit 2 years later: This compilation in particular has been a constant in my life for a few years now, thank you for making it. Update - I came so close to dropping out that semester (learning disabilities and sleep deprivation broke me several times over). Kept showing up and I made it through by the skin of my teeth. Semester after my fiance left and I got really depressed and almost dropped out again. Put on weight but kept showing up and I graduated with a reasonable GPA and a couple of patents. Got into my preferred PhD program doing some really cool work with a really amazing mentor. Working on the weight and my experiments now. Going to get there if it kills me.
as much as ppl hate on Rogan, he and the guest on his podcast has single handed changed my life in term of how to think and question the world. thank you Joe Rogan!
I have suffered all my life from this cycle of abuse, surviving, but I refuse to survive, j want to live! Thank you Joe, I now know what I must do, thanks for giving me the direction in which to follow.
Been in a rut for over a year after breaking up from a girlfriend of 5 years. This video made me look forward to getting home putting on my running shoes and running until my legs stopped. I have been sat in my room after work playing video games and getting high now I am going to do a run each day after work and build on it from there slowly working my way into a better body. Is this the right way to do it I have a active Job and am on my feet all day with a long pole cleaning high rise buildings so my arms can't be damaged from working out because I then can't hold my pole for my job and I can't be to tired from running what's the best way to get into shape without killing my body
Just walk everyday. No phone. Take a big bottle of water and finish it all... once you lose a few pounds and strengthened your legs a bit, start running, only do about 70% of your full potential, and do that 2-3 times a week.. then just progressing from there and listen to your body
Excellent video, because what he says is entirely true. I have dysthymia which is a type of depression, and I was taking college classes because I had a goal of getting an AA degree and to hopefully transfer, but I lost motivation and it never returned. So i skipped a college quarter hoping my motivation would come back. It didn't, and it's made it very difficult to do anything other than go to work, see a friend and stay in my same routine. But i know if I don't snap out of it, i'll waste my prime years not trying to pursue something i want to do. Hopefully I can get it together.
I didn't get my shit together until 30. Hated school and was stuck doing boring jobs i didn't like until one day i just decided that im not going to do shit jobs anymore and be unhappy. So I quit my boring job and researched about a career in Real Estate, educated myself and got my Real Estate Licence. Been doing it now for 16 years and love it. Find your passion and go for it. Its never to late.
TheSarcasticOne It's been 3 weeks, what have you done today to get closer to your goal? Nothing? Well, DO SOMETHING TODAY ! I'm rooting for you! I'm trying to make a change too.
Hope you guys are keeping up the good work and working towards your dreams.

Back again for motivation... I refuse to be my past mistakes
Bless you!

Life goes on, don't dwell on that shit. Stay hard!
@@Afed390 you'll make it brother, now is the time to make you own path,,god bless and good luck..

23? I would kill to be 23 again.
23 as well idk if you’ll see this but keep ducking going brother I love you
at 48 ive fucked up, made wrong choices, in life.
The first part about the resistance is an excerpt from the book "The war of art" - Steven Pressfield. It's a great book
I'm a recovering addict and I lost everything just recently... The job. the home. the girl...now im in a half way home with nothing BUT that does not define me and I wake up early and listen to this so I can over come the resistance and I'm starting over and starting my new story.
My god. There is so much wisdom, truth and powerful advice in this. What the hell am I doing with my life ...
Vespan Mehraban stay focused..stay strong. Let any negativity make you stronger. People will come to know in good time.
Vespan Mehraban if they don't fuck them keep on making yourself better
Maybe i'm wrong, but i think you don't have to show people nothing. They will see your change, but let that motivate you the least.Let yourself be motivated by what you will show to yourself, the satisfaction will be perfect.
panos kevre I agree. Don't do anything for anyone but yourself when it comes to making your life better. Anything someone feels they need to prove, they need to prove it to themselves. Who cares about others opinions. But that's just me
Thats awesome. Good for you.
“You are not your past. You are not all the times you fucked up.” Love that
Ive been watching this video for years and have made so much progress from the first day that I listened to it
I am leaving the 14 years of incarcerated time in my past, I'm out now for 3 yrs.
If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got.

I'm 42 with a family and decided to completely believe in myself and God. Gave it all and It the best decision I made . Believe in your self and cut out all opinions about you. Life is waiting for you to take your harvest. God bless 🙌
this is probably my fave.
Thank you ;-)
BOONERBOYO me too!
OutLoud what do you use to convert to MP3. I've tried a handful of tools but didn't like the quality
Any chance you can send it to me? abdurrazzak305 at gmail.com Will be very helpful to me
I am 40 years old, beautiful family but ALWAYS beat myself up over past failures.... Thanks for this
Joe this is what I had been doing my whole life.
Three lesson five learned in life.
1. Get comfortable being uncomfortable
2. Put in the work
U are a soldier , is in you , find it , u fought for our country , u are strong and u know it .
I've kicked the tobacco!
Getting in at least 5 miles a week running OR 20 on a bike. Life gets in the way for sure BUT making moves!
How has your journey been?
I don't understand how anybody can give this video a thumbs down?? Even if you have already heard it before, the message rings true!!
Tony H because it's easy to be motivated when you a millioner like Joe..
Alex Karchevsky it actually would be harder to be motivated, you receive motivation from how shit life is and wanting to change, also he has earned everything so you can't say anything bad really considering he had nothing had nothing handed to him
Alex Karchevsky You have a loser mind set... you will live life as a failure.
"I'm not doing this anymore, I decide this is me, people need to realise you are not all the time you fucked up, thats not you, you are a person thats learnt from a great deal of experience"
These words are why my life is better now.
Be your own hero
Thank you Joe I needed this today, you’ve been helping me get through my struggles at this time in my life, I just hope I can be worthy
People who saw this will be where they want to be eventually cause everything happens for a reason ... Bless you all 🙏
All successful, content people say this, and it is 100% spot on.
"To conquer oneself is a greater task than conquering others" Buddha
This is beautifully put together. Thank you for the inspiration.
Joe is a wise wise man I always learn a dozen of things just listening to him
This really changed my life. I was in a job that I hated, felt trapped, and listening to this gave me that momentum to make a change. Took a chance and found another career and everything fell into place 🙏 Awesome motivation here👍
Out of all motivational videos, this is the best by far. Thank you.
To anyone who wants change, welcome thru the door. Now you’ve realized there is everlasting doors and you just have to keep pushing forward. Push. Forward.
Thank u guys.. every word joe have said it really hit me in the face and woke me up to what i'm supposed to do ... much appreciated
48yrs old, divorced.
I had to learn how to pick myself up off the ground and start over.
Keep moving forward ✨️
Thank you Joe, you are talking to my heart brother!! I'm putting this into action!! Thank you so much!
This video made me walk my dog an extra time.
Thanks joe rogan - DOG

43...Alone in life...Out of shape former athlete and artist. I ain't sure how I got to this point after having all the pride and confidence in the world based on talent and ability. But here I am...Looking for a reason why, or a way to get back on the path. This definitely helps. Thanks for this upload. And thank you Joe! I think I've been activated
this is beautiful.
How Rogan is my hero. Love from a Syrian young guy trying to figure out life.
Thanks for the logic, and the inspiration Joe. Much appreciated BRO.
If someone doesn’t know what Joe Rogan is about this is the video

Train by day, joe rogan podcast by night, all day!!! Thanks joe youve changed my life for the better
I am failing my way to success. No motivation needed. Done.
Yes yes and yes
Joe Rogan is the only man that I can listen to and after listening to him I could run through a brick wall.
So True, don't get trapped people!
My life goal is 80% pushing myself, trying to be the hero of my life. 20% careless drifting around and it's working well for me.
Start small. Start with one tiny step. One day at a time. Hope you ok💙
Update
Start with the gym or any fitness. Strong body = strong mind. It’s will solve every other issue in your life as you progress
Went to the gym today.
Discipline and mindset is why I am alive today 🙌🙏
5:08 hit me hard
I have suffered all my life from this cycle of abuse, surviving, but I refuse to survive, j want to live!
Thank you Joe, I now know what I must do, thanks for giving me the direction in which to follow.
Joe is a hero
Vincent Vega shout out to Mr. White
This video helped me many years ago when I was at my lowest. I'm thankful that my life is changed it was a journey.
How's the journey going brother?
Just walk everyday. No phone. Take a big bottle of water and finish it all... once you lose a few pounds and strengthened your legs a bit, start running, only do about 70% of your full potential, and do that 2-3 times a week.. then just progressing from there and listen to your body
Are you still alive brother ? God loves you
Dang, that you're not a hero in your own eyes hits hard man...
TheSarcasticOne you can bro you can
TheSarcasticOne you can I promise! I believe in you. Get it done
TheSarcasticOne keep hustling, it will happen.
TheSarcasticOne
It's been 3 weeks, what have you done today to get closer to your goal?
Nothing? Well, DO SOMETHING TODAY !
I'm rooting for you!
I'm trying to make a change too.
