But where is the line between 5, 21, 44 or any other number. The naming convention is way too simple for this large of a company and they need to be held to a higher standard if they are trying to make legit running shoes. I don't they are though, they have managed to sucker a bunch of people in with paying more "lifestyle" shoes. They want money, they don't care about actual running.
DNA: Do Not Attempt to Run? Actually, the first time I saw these sneaker they cried out loud: STYLE! Loads of it. For running, try ASICS with the cloud names (nimbus, cumulus). They look dorky, but run like a dream.
The name is way too close to running shoes. It makes it confusing. Adidas doesn't have to do this and I seems very underhanded. Thus the reason for the video to hel0 people out who looking for the actual running shoes. But I would steer clear of Adidas shoes anyway.
Damn brother you sound a little heartbroken at them ultraboost. You’re a runner from what I gather. And Brooks along with Asics are running shoes. I’ll take them if you’re going to throw them away. 11.5 by any chance?
@medoayman9865 for ankle support you want to look for a stability shoe, but there are some neutrals that won't roll a whole lot that I have run in. The Brooks Ghost is a fairly stable neutral shoe and next that I have run in would be the Hoka Clifton. Now those are the stability shoes from those companies, Brooks has the Adreline and Hoka has the Arahi, Asiscs has the GT-2000. These will help keep the ankle from "rolling" but running shoes are never going to give ankle support like a high top or something. Usually you sacrifice a little speed or snapiness for the stability.
.... Its a lifestyle shoe, not a running shoe.
like the other comment said, DNA is a lifestyle shoe. 21,22,23, etc. is the running one

Adidas never marketed the ultra boost dna shoes as running shoes.

@@cecilsmith24 can you recommend me a shoe with good ankles support cause my ankles are weak and hurt a lot while running?
