Norma Gilpin If you haven't seen it yet, he does sing country check him out with Chris Stapleton at the CMA Awards 2015 singing Tennessee Whiskey (Chris wrote) & Drink You Away (Justin wrote). It's a country blues mix.
I can't believe so few have seen/heard this song - unless we count the people at Oprah that day - it's so gorgeous. I, of course, would love to hear Justin sing the lead and someone else provide the harmony ;-)
Nothing, whatsoever, against Justin, but one has to have an extremely powerful voice to keep up with that lil' redheaded bombshell---and that's just not Justin's voice!!
he wrote this about Britney February 2007 while she was going thru crazy stuff during that time cuz of her aunt dying, her shaving her head. it was too much for her. you can see he looks sad singing it
He said on this Oprah show he wrote the song after finding out from a friend that Reba was doing a duets album, then pitched it to her and her team for the album. The friend was JoAnna Garcia's (Cheyenne on Reba) boyfriend at the time.

Adoro ❤
I wish they would make more music together
Anyone else think the riff at the beginning sounds like Midnight in Montgomery by Alan Jackson?

2007 was another cusp of the people getting no where ... no where.
