Going down the interior design rabbit-hole, you find a lot of "stylist" and self-proclaimed "interior designers", however, it was to my surprise that I wandered in to find such a gem as Suzie Anderson Home. I am beginning my binge-watching immediately. Just lovely style content.

I'm a Belgian, half Wallonia, half Flemish and born in the capital Brussels. I can tell for knowing all the regions of the country that the most sophisticated, refined and stylish homes you will find them in the Flanders. I had renovated myself my home and I can't go with materials with a cheap look. A house should radiate luxury and comfort but yet doesn't need not to be too expensive because the majority of noble materials are recovered

In summary.. Scandinavian is much more minimalistic with cleaner lines and a very cried palate and minimalistic accessories....belgian is slightly more varied in texture, colour and accessory choices (there are some ornate/classic pieces incorporated as well)
Struggling to find the perfect wall color. I have to large brown leather modern style sofas. Light floors, and open to kitchen with charcoal cabinets. I also have a faux brick wall. Any suggestions? (I know I’m complicated) ♥️

I'm from belgium and i have to say yes it is ! We are found off authenticity, mix of old and new but in an elegant way always in balance, soft toned, different materials to keep yourself astonished all the time :-) simple but luxurious, feeling the right vibe in our homes
It is, pretty much all houses have these style elements since I arrived here in Bruges almost 15 years ago. It was so unique and distinctive of all I have been seen in England and Mexico were I lived so far. Very beautiful indeed

I used to live in Belgium and many homes are stylish but I mostly saw these furnishings in designer showrooms that cater to a high-end clientele. Did the narrator say “homeliness” instead of “homeyness”? I listened twice and I believe she said homeliness. That’s okay, we know what she meant.
What some people find cosy someone, me, find boring, dull and repetitive. The buildings' exteriors seem more vibrant and alive than the drab interiors. Each to their own taste.

I'm drawn to warm earth tones, natural colors in the shades and tints of orange and yellow-orange families. I'm a maximalist, and my style is French Provincial. I thought that you might have some French Provincial crossover, but I didn't see any. Francophiles love gold. Blue-white and grey-white tones give me shivers. I live in a warm climate and my heritage is Latin. I think it's interesting how nationality influences color taste. To me, bare walls look sad and lacking interest. Straight lines appear stark and harsh. I love the 'S and C' curve shapes. They are flowing and relaxing to my eye. Our styles seem to be polar opposites. But that's all right. Interior design has many flavors to appreciate! Thank you for asking about my preference. My apologies again. I must commend you on the 'clean and spacious' look to all of your rooms. I can get claustrophobic from my own, no room to walk, "maximalist" tendencies. 😃😃😃😃🗽🗽🗽
