My SD card slot was impossible to open with finger pressure alone. I finally got a screwdriver and placed it in the eye of the ejection tool and pushed down equally hard with both hands to cause an ejection-maybe -10 pounds.

Hahaha I had trouble too, I didn't have that tool but used a corn on the cob holder prong.
I finally realized you don't need a lot of pressure just the right angle and some finesse 🤓

What a helpful video. Thanks so much. When you take photos do they automatically go to your sd card. I have had Sd cards in my phones in the past and my pictures and videos were saved on my card. With this tablet I'll mostly be playing games and other fun things. I have Google photos so hopefully I can transfer those photos. The photos are linked from other devices and anything I save goes to Google photos. I like having my photos saved to a SD card or I may try a different device for just storaging photos and videos. Very important to save your memories. I love having a SD reader card. Wonderful to have especially for old sd cards from digital cameras and my new cards for my other devices. Thanks again for this video.

How to put card for telephone?
My tablet doesn't look or have anything remotely like that. And according to the box it came in via Verizon, it is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. On the left edge it has a 3½" long raised thing that can't be removed.

Hi thanks for the guide. Some users on another video regarding the app 2 sd thing on A7 claim that this option is not longer available and that is online possibile on older FW. Can you confirm this is still a thing?
I just did this and it doesn’t work on my A7 lite
Its brand new with 128 gig sd card properly installed and recognized by the tablet
I clicked on every single app and then clicked storage and not one of them gave me this option.
@@anguslean4058Hi, it is possible to move only selected apps to SD, not every app support it. If the app supports the transfer a button is showed somewhere in the configuration section. A compatible app you can transfer is SoundCloud for instance.

There are plenty of android tablets where you can use a sd card and then move apps to them with no problems
Samsung wants to force you to have minimal real storage and control what apps you use

Well it means, that specific app you cannot move to SD card,
Only certain apps can move to SD like Tiktok, Instagram. Movie apps cannot

I bought one that was "used" and returned from amazon warehouse and it didn't come with the pin to open the sd card.😢
You can straighten out a small paper clip and use that, or a baby pin as well.
