Procedures:
Preparation of Ingredients:
Chop the white onion and sweet ham.
Slice the mushrooms into desired sizes.
Making the Sauce:
In a pan, heat 1 tsp of cooking oil and melt 100 grams of butter over medium heat.
Sauté the chopped white onion until translucent.
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
Pour in 380 ml of evaporated milk and 500 ml of all-purpose cream. Let it simmer for a few minutes till its thickened.
Turn of the heat and set aside.

Looks edible but it most definitely isn't carbonara. Italian carbonara is pasta, guanciale or pancetta, eggs, pecorino romano, and pepper. No butter, mushrooms (especially canned ones), ham, cream, evaporated milk, or sugar.

Questa non é pasta carbonara. É un’altra cosa a mio avviso troppo pastosa e piena di panna, funghi e prosciutto che nulla hanno a che vedere con la carbonara. Inoltre bisogna imparare a cuocere la pasta che va cotta in acqua molto più abbondante di quella vista nel video e poi appena scolata va messa subito nel condimento che per la carbonara é fatto da guanciale, uova e pecorino. Nulla oltre questi ingredienti.
