Love your videos Jake. Two things I would like to see. One would be great rivalries high school and college, both regional and teams. Second would be explaining more about the role and value of the club teams. [
Hi Jake, I played LAX years ago but am rusty both physically and mentally in the game, I recently started head coaching a small team and need to research the game a lot more. Any recommendations for coaches? Thanks, love the content. Very helpful!
I played middy in my two years and it was amazing. Lotta running but if you’re decently big you can tank hits and get the ball to the other side of the field easily
You're building a team from scratch, what positions do you draft first? Team play can overcome individual shortcomings. So im picking goalie first, fogo second. Those two can change a game more than others
I just got voluntold to be a lacrosse assistant coach for my sons 7th grade team. I know nothing. Any suggestions on a good video to get me started. This video was great. I think.
I just started lacrosse this year so don't take any of my advice cause I'm only been with it for 6 or so months,at most 7 But I'd say if you have endurance and stamina ,try attack or midfield and if you have better reaction time,be a goalie but just know that if you're smaller then you'll have to be really quick cause you'll be less likely for accidentally blocks from body I remember my school went against a different one known for being the best in the county at lacrosse and they had an amazing goalie He was short and skinny too and he was blocking shots and i remember my team said he was sitting in goal but I'm sorry for going off topic and i know you didn't ask
3 important traits for each position:
Attack - vision, shooting, passing
midfield - vision, dodging, passing,
Defenseman - feet, strength, communication
Goalie - IQ, communication, toughness
FOGO - hand speed, reaction time, getting low
LSM - speed, feet, strength
SSDM - feet, speed, technique
shooting on the run for some middys
Everyone needs iq 🙄
oh ya forgot bout dat
That sums it up nicely
@@goldenretriever4330 goalies need the most IQ, but yes, you're right
yo can u meet up some best defender and get him have do drill or give good tips btw good video
Yo, go to special ed and learn proper English first, so you can understand us.
No chance your academically eligible to play😂

Keep up the good work, your videos are the best!!
As a goalkeeper, the crease is nasty, keep them away.
I call side right, side left, pipe right/left, top right/left, iso, shooter, shift, and check.
Is there a preference to a size/speed of a player to help with a specific position.
I love lacrosse ❤
Best drills for attack man
Is ply wood good enough to use for wall ball or will it break
Do you think you can make a top 20 of the nastiest hits in lacrosse( awesome video keep up the good work)
I’m new to lacrosse
If you’ve never played lax before, what stick should you start of with?
Get the ecd bravo or the stringking starter stick. Theyre usually cheap enough for someone new but quite high quality
Short stick d middies are the unsung heroes 🫡
They allow the goal scorers to rest while you take care of defending

I’m a lot shorter and lighter than everyone else on the field and can’t play defense at all. What postition would be best for me to try out?
