@@kevinkerwin4118 Jakub has been awfully lucky, even with the disclaimer he's not safe still; because, I use to work in the 'Legal Contracts and Copyright Enforcement Division' for Sony Inc. Even with the minuscule disclaimer stated, that's usually not enough to have any Akira related imagery which usually gets flagged for a violations. Well the other video is equally problematic.
When I was at Sony, I'd have to contact RUclips through Sony's lawyers and simply search their servers by typing in "Akira".
Nevertheless, your correct that this video has evaded copyright infringement.
