    Big painted such a picture of growing up in New York in the 80s and I wish the planet could truly experience the feeling we all got when he dropped this.     I'm in my forties and I remember when this song blew up! Gawd, nobody could touch it or him....Sadly he didn't make it to hear his legend grow....he's pretty much the goat of street corner rap. Forget Em (sorry shady but it's true) forget Pac (rest in peace) but growing up on the east coast it was N BIG all over!

    It's unfortunate that people keep reviewing/reacting to Biggies commercial songs that he basically recorded for radio play. That was all puffy's idea. In reality, Biggie wasn't too enthusistic about "Juicy" being his introduction to the world but he trusted that Puffy was making the right decision. Biggie was hardcore. Songs like "Gimme the loot" or "warning" will really give you an idea on what biggie was about in the early days. But, of course, those were not meant to be played on the radio.
