From what I've gathered how this is being structured: You branched at age 19, Main Dolski had the life he originally had until (assuming) this incident. But Technician Dolski lead a different life to the same point, and you cloned /that/ Dolski. So the two Dolskis were identical until they were 19, when one went to collage (Main) and one didn't (Tech).
The premise of this game…. Love it! I snagged the demo too but haven’t played it yet. Watching you play it though, I’m looking forward to it! Looking forward to more. The ethics and morality of this, or lack thereof…such food for thought! To save yourself, you clone and doom other possible versions of you to death if they don’t help you. Gods that’s twisted!
Wow, played through the demo after the first episode - story has me hooked can't wait for more. Not a huge fan of the 2D phone base building style but given everything else about the game so far its certainly not a deal breaker. Only real complaint was Demo was too short - I WANT MORE! :)
Hmmm... this game seems to be based on the premise of using the Metaverse. The metaverse is the theoretical crossroad where different universes, or Alternate Timetracks, can be accessed via quantum computing. In this case, getting access to different profesions by downloading different timetracks into cloned bodies. Heh, and to think Elon Musk is vying to do this with his Neurolink Project. Makes you wonder, no? ANYway, this is a game that truly deserves watching. Thanks for playing Kage!!
lol.. dude you picked one heck of a game if you don't want to read on camera. the entire story is about detailed memories, and using them to understand the lore about what's going on around you, and why. If you don't read through that with us, how will we have any idea what is going on, unless we played it ourselves, or we watched someone else who took the time to read the plot to us? That really doesn't make all that much sense. Unfortunately in a game as complex in story as this one, summing up just really isn't going to cut it. We will not get to experience what is actually going on. Unfortunately that will require actually deep diving into the lore. I.E. not rushing through the reading. Its not really the kind of game that will make any sense if you just skip that. Just saying.😅😉
You think cloning is creepy? So think about teleportation.. how do you we it? Well, we build an exact copy of you with memories and experiences and all that jazz in the receiving port. And then we kill the you that is left where you were teleported from. Or do we? Maybe we'll leave you behind on the merciless planet while Scotty beams you up to slave in mines so toxic and humid that the maintenance costs of machinery become too high? Teleportation is cloning PLUS extra creepyness.

Are you allowed to reconfigure ( move the different rooms around) the layout of the base? After placing them. That would be a great added feature.

Too bad the guy couldn't get DNA from his dead team mates and used the rapidium to clone them.
