Was für eine fantastische Rasur
what the fooke! awesome machine!
Sound???
yes but can it do imperial threads like mine !
dry cut?
How much for this Cnc machine?
Looks more like a cast for a bumper
Can you tll me what software do you use for collision protection for the spindle mounting?
tebis
Omg look to that big spindle
Kein Ton, sehr schade. Technische Daten muss ich mir jetzt selbst zusammensuchen? Verwendete Werkzeuge? Schnittdaten? Bearbeitungszeit für das gezeigte Werkstück? Werkstoff des Werkstückes? Etc.?
Well that's the baby machine, where's the big ones
Luar biasa
Maybe not the best name when something goes wrong ...and it will......
Sound wäre nicht schlecht....
Hochgeschwindigkeitsfräsen? Danke. Herrlich.
No badass audio...boooo...
I would expect to be sacked if I prg this and selected the tooling.Epic fail this is why companies go tits up pure negligence and a very poor understanding of cutting parameters and prg optimization.must have put £1000s on the final unit cost.
machinist fail. using wrong tool diameters giving a shitty surface and very long production times... geez
dude... look at the fucking diameter and how much he has to mill... a much larger tool would shorthen the production time. Roughing means taking away the most material in the shortest possible time. But what he is doing aint roughing.
kleini3 pre op.. nice compilation.. please add the whole video to reduce criticism.
if you have criticism.. as a machinist suck it up and actually show the deficiencies
Michaa1223 hmm like a pre op at a saw cutting the majority away.. its a promotional video
ya.. seems real time reflects video capture.. ;)
The first tool actually forms the islands that protrude and that's why this diameter was probably chosen...so that they won't have to fiddle around forever with the next tool! That's why high feed milling cutters are all the rage, they are more than a roughing tool and closer to semi-finishing!
What a waste of time... So many surfaces able to swarf and yet...
how people dare to waste such a big piece of metal creating merchandising crap. should have done an engineering complex piece instead
