- We start with the very strangest of tales - the man standing to be North Carolina's governor was found to have called himself a "black nazi" on a porn website some years ago and called for a return to slavery. The reason it's making headlines is because he was endorsed by Trump six months ago, and was called 'Martin Luther king on steroids'.
Will that endorsement hurt Trump? The former president is tied in the polls with the vice president but out polls her by 11 points when voters are asked who they trust on the economy.
We ask Megan Gorman, author of 'All the Presidents' money whether the economy will ultimately decide who wins.

The 'quiet Trumpers' - who in 2016 publicly said they'd vote Democrat but in the voting booth voted for Trump, means that the polling is meaningless - not just because that the telephone lines don't account for the millennial's - but because what people say to the pollster and what people do in private are not the same.
Although condemning migration is seen as a vote winner, the continual thrashing of the Haitians in Ohio may have a negative effect in Florida, where over 2 million Cuban Americans may be concerned that if Haitians are successfully demonised, then their Latino minority may be next.
Ultimately, however, the nominees need to show how houses will be built for the average family. I think the person who believes that the candidate who can provide affordable housing will probably get the vote, regardless of how corrupt or incompetent that person happens to be.

Rofl, love some of the responses. I'd describe myself as (in the UK) a centre-left liberal.
I was making a point that the start of the video seemed pretty poor journalism (or as @davesound points out potentially bad editing).
For those who read and made presumptions (if you did) ... do take a few moments to look at yourself, as I try to do myself.
Accepting and not critiquing what your are being delivered in your own bubble, via the algorithm, does little to reduce polarisation - nor do hasty comments (like mine?).
@martinstephens4633 Republican IT experts offered to research if the comments were in fact made by him. He refused that offer - this was the catalyst for nearly his entire team resigning, because to even the dumbest partisan hack it made it obvious that he had indeed made these comments.
