Yes the basics are inexpensive but a trama kit or EMS Range kit is very expensive and I agree I think its extremely important to have a kit like yours I carry mine everywhere
I have a small med bag on the sissy bar of my bike. I set it up more for wrecks, Sam splints, Kerlex, and such. I got the bag and the Sam splints at a local surplus store - Allied, and you can get Kerlex (roller gauze) at any Walgreens/CVS. I would also recommend taking a 12 inch strip of gorilla tape fold a tab at the end repeat stack on top repeat however many you want. Pull the tab you have a strip of tape, and that shit will stick to a fucking waterfall. Great when there is any type a sweat or liquid involved. -Ozzie8404
Great video. I am an RN, the only recommendation I would have for you is to put a pair of gloves inside under the bungee chord. Make it the first thing you see when you open the kit.
CRG tactical California guy i was in the Rangers with runs it. A basic stop the bleed class is a good starting point they are offered all over. Is there a specific state, maybe the viewers can help
These medical kits are not cheap by any means but I've been picking up a little bit at a time thanks for the great info I have always carried a small med kit and I bring it everywhere I go
The first and easiest compartment you can get to should hold the first thing you need I always set my medbags or kits up with this concept I either came up with or adopted when I was a Corpsmen (green side; where the 8404 comes from). That is a good set up you have, If you use CABC or MARCH your bag is set up right to the first letter of each. Leaving this here just in case you’d like you can use it, if you’re going to carry a bag any help I can give I will. Oh and TRAUMA SHEERS, good ones, quality maters here. -Ozzie8404 out in AZ.
Absolutely man. The immediately needed stuff is on my belts when shooting . The TQ and quick clot gauze. . I think I in the MARCH direction when comes to CC. Appreciate the info brother
Tactical Considerations I never carry anything on my belt, in 04 ish, I had a Blackhawk Drop leg. I took the drop belt loop off, pulled the leg straps of my drop holster so the clips were farther away and fix the bag to it. Made it a med bag holster combo.
In your bio it says you were Army Special Forces, I don’t know the Army lingo for this but did you have a specific role? Like what was fist MOS? Also just because I like knowing about the dude’s making good content, what does it mean by law-enforcement background? -Ozzie8404 out in AZ
I was in the 75th Ranger Regiment which is part of Army Special Operations. SF is a separate unit entirely, more commonly known as Green Baret or an ODA member among other things. I am a current LEO.
Are you carrying a kit with you everywhere? Why or why not?

Yeah full EMS kits are pricey ,but are way past most peoples skill set.

A responsible gun owner, and a thoughtful man. So refreshing.✨
Much appreciated.
My unpurchased favourite pouch
Its a good pouch to start with still carry it every single range trip.

Told you I didn’t know Army lingo, I didn’t even know special forces and special operations were different. Man that clears up a whole bunch of shit.
Well we were all under the same umbrella, just different specific units.
Man I have been here for a while now and It seems like your channel is changing. If so why?
Just putting more stuff out there for people. Had requests for several different videos so if the viewer I try to put it out there when asked .
