    Nashik has got great road connectivity and infrastructure because of samruddhi,surat chennai expressway,nashik-pune highway and others.Also nashik is a part pf the golden triangle of maharashtra And another very unique thing about nashik is its amazing climate❤️!

    this episode is fucking mental. Krish, what surprises me is you bring people from one industry but diverse sub fields, from RE Journalists like vishal bhargava, to redevelopment specialists like sumit gorup, to architect turned builder like mesacon, to data analytics people like this gentelman . This helps us see different shades of a singular industry(RE). as requested in previous episode, bring someone who does pre fab in india in coming episodes.

    I assume CRE matrix is using RAG with LLMs for their inhouse software products for ingesting and querying data/documents.

    Palghar might be next big thing, Instead of Nashik. In terms of Commercial as well as warehousing.

      Nashik already has proven track record. It is deemed to be third largest industrial town of Maharashtra. But Palghar and Vadhavan port can be a game changer but still Nashik has a upper hand with so many expressways crossing Samruddhi, Surat - chennai, nashik - pune and Indore-Mumbai. Even Nitin Gadkari recently said that Nashik will be the biggest logistics hub of India.
