I still confuse..basically performance max and demand gen are same ? Means, they purpose is to scale up the campaign if there are enough conversions happen ?
Hey Aaron, I know you've probably mentioned it in your past videos, but after watching this I need to ask: Should we be making separate retargeting campaigns along with a PMAX campaigns? Or does the PMAX campaign act as a "catch all" for warm audiences along with new cold audiences? Because I would think the creative and copy would be very different for both. Or does the A.I. sort out what messaging to show each audience type?
Hey Aron , I Create my pmax camp 3 month ago with 1 Asset Group which contain all products and relevant text and head line After watching your Video's I decide to Create 4 Asset Groups (Depend on category ) and turn off the first Assets I am seeing drop in My impression but increase in CTR is that normal and I should just give some time to recover ? or turn on the first Asset Group on again ? or create ne P-max Camp from zero I create aud in GA4 for this specific category for those who visit this particular url for ex: if Asset group #1 ( Men shoes ) - I create GA4 aud for this URL and ect.. Note : the 4 New Asset groups are for the winning Products

Main difference is that Demand Gen shows ads on YT, shorts & discovery while PMax also shows on search & shopping networks

While PMax does retarget, I still have seperate retargeting campaign for the exact reason you said … so messaging can be relevant
