Hard to get 12 people to agree to one thing, let alone to 12 New Yorkers to agree to 34 things in one sitting! Guilty man!
They didn’t agree on one thing. This is one of the contentious things about this ruling. The jury are meant to reach a unanimous verdict. However, Judge Merchan read his 50-page instructions to the jury, would not let them have a copy, and told them that they could all just pick from 1 of 3 alleged crimes without unanimity.
Judge Merchan’s ruling did not establish any intent on Trump’s part. In fact any alleged crimes were all committed by Cohen and yet Cohen walked away, but Trump was convicted.
It has been almost 9 years of ceaseless lawfare against Trump, his family, and anyone affiliated with him, and with only one objective: stop Trump from ever holding office again. It’s purely political and nothing to do with justice.

@@Valelacerte Michael Cohen admitted his guilt, like a grown up, and went to jail for his crimes. Other members of the trump organisation were unable to testify at this court hearing because they are currently in jail.

I have served on three juries. It takes some real emotional ups and downs when you realize it all depends on your vote. I believe that these jurors were dedicated to coming up with the correct decision. That is why they wanted to get it right by asking for clarification on "reasonable doubt". Very dedicated jurors upholding our laws. Thank you!
