Great video, as always. I own a Switch, Xbox and PC. I’m still waiting for my new PC but in the meantime I’ve been playing Xbox and Switch and I have to say I have way more fun with Switch than Xbox. Xbox has unlike Switch and PS4 no incentive at all to get one and the Xbox seem uninspiring just look at the UI compare it to PS4 it’s not that inviting. Now Switch has a simple clean UI Xbox have these windows with a bunch of advertisements and clutter that’s just in the way. The Xbox has a great controller and I would say that if you have an X Xbox gets way more enjoyable.
I got Xbox and switch there great to. There shouldn’t be arguments about it you just chose a console based on your style like switch is more retro all about PS4 is like action stuff and the console games then Xbox is guns and cars 😂
I wish I was you. Nintendo is slow when it comes to releasing first party games and playing a second console while waiting would make the time fly by faster.
I’ve watched this twice! Love how you talk about these systems and gave no BS, and everything you said about people saying one system sucks over the other and that you aren’t going to, and you understand if someone gets a game system to play the one game they care about playing and don’t care about the other systems. I loved that. It’s true a lot of people only buy certain games to play on a system and don’t care about games that are on other systems. Just cannot say enough great things about this video, excellent work! :)
I'm with you and love all 3 systems. I could definitely live without XBOX but can't imagine not having my nintendo systems (yep, both switch and 3DS) and my PS4! Great video as always. :)
We all know they all play games so they are all good although we can’t get halo and Xbox can’t get god of war can we stop with exclusives damn it we all want to play games we can’t have
How can you play the new god of war on pc? Or horizon zero dawn, bloodborne, uncharted 1-4, persona 5, the new ratchet and clank, journey, the last of us, untill dawn, yakuza zero and shadow of the colossus remake?
For me the switch completely rekindled my love for gaming. I had a PS3 for most of its lifespan but by the end I couldn’t care less about it, then my roommate and I in college split an Xbox one and that kept me entertained for about 2 months. The switch is just so fresh and innovative, and all the exclusives are perfect. I haven’t put the thing down since I bought it.
Seriously how are all the exclusives in switch perfect I'm not saying the switch is bad I'm just saying I think ps4 has very good exclusives but I have to admit both consoles are very good But PC is best
I was raised on Nintendo consoles, so I will always lean towards Nintendo consoles, but to truly choose one system or company over the other? That would break my little gamer heart. They're all so freakin' fantastic & brilliant in their own ways!
I have all 3 Ps4 takes first place because of the amount of quality exclusive games it has Switch takes 2nd place because of it portability and its the best console to play indie games and it has some good exclusives Xbox takes third place because it looks good to have all three console's next to your tv
I believe that wood gave one of the most bias opinions you could have given for this generation of consoles. Its hard to choose when all 3 are so good yet so different for many reasons. Ultimately it boils down to preference, taste in games, budget and where your friends play if you want to have more fun(over playing with strangers online).
If I have to save one. Im saving my PS4. I love my Switch, but its a little cheaper to replace the Switch then it is the PS4. Im a Play Station and Nintendo girl. That said Im saving my pets first.
@@jakubrks Agreed. I was always strictly a PlayStation and PC gamer (ps4 gets some great exclusives, plus the dualshock 4 is my favorite controller ever). Now that I've been a gifted a Nintendo Switch though, I absolutely love it too.
I can't choose between my PS4 ans Switch. I've never owned an Xbox because the library doesn't really interest me but when I've played it at my friend's house I had a great time. All the consoles are great in their own way and should all be appreciated for what they can accomplish
Personally, I love Nintendo and PlayStation the most, but I can't deny that I enjoy playing every platform and format. I own nearly every home console between Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft, but I grew up as a SEGA kid, and still love popping in a cartridge into my SEGA Genesis. Not to mention, I take either my GBA or my 3DS to work with me almost every day to play during my breaks, and I own dozens upon dozens of games on my PC and am currently enjoying the original Witcher on my PC (which ironically, for someone who primarily plays console games, my largest single collection is on PC). How I look at it, each platform has games that are more than worth playing. I can understand if someone can only afford to choose one, but for my case, I feel like I would be missing out on so many great games if I ignored any one system.
Omg i'm the exact same! But in this gen i skipped the ps4 because there are no a single game that i like and can't play on my xbox1x or switch with improved performance or added portability. Also there are a lot of great games that don't exist at all at ps4, gears, halo, Caphead, Zelda, Fire emblem, Mario Odyssey, Mario maker, Mario kart, Mario+Rabbits, Xenoblade, Splatoon, Ori, Forza, Smash, Pokemon, just to name a few.
I bought one on black Friday. It's okay. I've been trying to look for an open world game that's like fallout but I can't find one. The only legitimate complaint I have about the switch is how expensive the games are
@@jamiewaswrong do you like lite better than the switch. I got a switch but I don't know if I made the right choice. Part of me felt like I should've gone the cheaper route but then the other part of me really liked how versatile the switch is and the screen.
Nintendo Switch. I’m sorry ps4 but the ability to go anywhere is truly special and have big name titles on the go like Zelda,Mario, Skyrim, and doom is amazing and the future releases are looking good.
There is another factor also to consider: the limitations of the player. I myself love gaming but I have limitations. I can’t play first person in any game. That cuts me out of a lot of games. First person view gives me migraines and I get physically ill. Almost 15 years ago I had a bad accident which evolved a head injury. Now, intensely graphical games gives me headaches. I use to love the PlayStation but when the PS 4 was released, there was hardly anything I could or even wanted to play. So, for me, the last few years I been playing mostly Nintendo consoles. I can still get my gaming fix without getting sick. I know I’m not the only person who has limitations with gaming, others have it just stay away from gaming. I know someone who is a pc gamer, but due to an accident has to turn her graphics so low to prevent migraines. If I didn’t have the issues I personally have, I would be in love with all the systems. But for me, to get my gaming fix I have to say the best gaming system for me personally is the Nintendo Switch.
Educated turkey how do? You don’t know people who get sick from playing first person shooters? Back in the eighties when they were playing with VR people were having the same things.
David Cheng yes true but besides first person, some of us can’t handle the graphics. Yes there are people who can’t go to IMAX theaters and can’t watch 3D movies just due to the graphics. A lot of people who do suffer with this usually don’t admit it, due to everyone looking at them like they insane.
Thank you for not just trashing the Xbox One. I also own all 3 systems and the One X is my most used system cause I own a 4k TV and my friends play on the Xbox One. I do agree that after purchasing the PS4 Pro last year, and purchasing multiple single player exclusive games, it magnifies the issue with Xbox's lack of exclusives. For the Switch, I think it's just an awesome hybrid system. I'm not the biggest fan of Mario or Zelda games and haven't liked a Nintendo system since the N64, but the Nintendo Switch has made me a Nintendo fan again. I love all 3 systems and the One X is my favorite system for the reasons I explained earlier. But I do agree that the PS4 and the Switch are probably better systems overall just due to having way more exclusives.
My favorite will always be PS4, PS5 and whatever comes next ❤ however I also grew up on Gameboy and buying a new switch just to play breath of wild was a thousand times worth it 👌👌💯
I’m 52 years old and I have all three consoles I have my respects for each one ,the reason I have all of them is I can play all of the games existing on every console ,they all really good , and I have the best of everything in the gaming world, but I really love my Nintendo Switch , I live in Houston and I work in Tulsa Oklahoma from Monday thru Friday’s so I carry my Nintendo switch with me every week, I don’t have to get limited play only when I’m home like the other consoles ! I wish Sony and Microsoft had the same option as Nintendo I will buy all of them ! Keep it up with your channel ! Love it !
wow not very many your age play video games let alone have interest in video games they mostly look at them like there a waste of money and time so it's cool sometimes to see older people giving games a try or still playing sense they were a kid i'm 32 years old i have been gaming sense 1993 and i don't see myself ever giving up on gaming......well that is until everything go's digital and they stop selling physical copy's of games....... i like to OWN my games not RENT them... ;)
Xbox one x Pc Ps4 nintendo 3ds xl nintendo 2ds xl dsi xl Nintendo switch Nintendo switch worst system copy from 2ds xl Ps4 Microsoft owned Ps4 pro because Pro from Windows 10 pro
I've always have enjoyed videogames since I was a kid. I owned a NES, Super Nintendo, PS1 and PS2. After that, I stopped playing for around 7 years and my next gaming system was a PS4. This has been the best console I've ever owned. The gaming library is freaking amazing, controllers are super ergonomic, the graphics are insane! Recently a friend of mine gave me a Nintendo switch as a gift and I've also enjoyed their exclusives (Super Mario Odissey, Zelda botw, Mario kart). It also helped me dealing with a 15 hour flight since it's portability makes it a huge competitor with the other gaming systems. At the end, as you said, is all about the joy of playing games.
All I know is that I've had my PS4 since 2014. I have 8 games for it, and am only looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 3, which is supposed to come out this decade. I've had my Switch since May of 2017. I have 16 games on it and am looking forward to at least 10 games throughout this year. I don't own an Xbox One/X because I like to keep garbage OUT of my house. :^) Switch is my preferred console of choice as of right now alongside my potato with a screen that I call a PC.
@@juice8431 The service is also available on Windows OS which kinda means the one thing it's going for isn't exclusive. On consoles, sure, but if you have a PC, then it means you have less of a reason to get an Xbox if you had to choose a console.
1. PS4, or Switch 3. PC 4. Mobile 5. Rubiks Cube 6. Monopoly 7. Xbox On a serious note I don't really see any advantages to a Xbox same or even inferior performance than the Ps4 (unless you get Xbox X but I believe that when comparing consoles we should compare the base versions, so no ps4 pro neither) exclusives are clear ps4 is superior. Although it may have better performance than the switch it isn't not hand-held nor does it have amazing exclusives like zelda, all the Mario games, xenoblade and exctera. Therefore I believe the competition is between the switch and ps4.
I still think Xbox can be a good competition with backwards compatibility and new exclusives coming out such as Cyberpunk, rage 2, gears 5 and halo infinity (also personally i think the controllers better but that's just my opinion)
the great friend at the end it up it up to you i have ps4 it great it alll depends which games you going to play and which one want to play most anyhting try out consoles to see what you like there no wrong decision and about cost be safe good comment
Great choice. It has amazing exclusives and a bunch of third party games. The performance might have some FPS dips, but definitely more than playable on most games.
Fornite is a fad because COD and BF were awful this year. It's a free game that's been out for like 3 years but now people are catching on. Personally the game sucks.
I love my Switch so much! Went to watch a bluray on my xbox one and there was dust on the controller. That's how long it's been since I've used my xbox. If my house caught fire I'd go for my 3DSXL though.
I literally haven't even thought about turning my ps4 on since I got my switch. I forget I own it lol. When shopping for games I find myself surprised by the fact that some ps4 games have releases that I thought were still in development because I'm so distracted by the switch.
MrTreyshawn22 you can call bullshit all you want. My ps4 has been sitting unplugged in the entertainment center since mid February when I got the switch. I'll take a slight graphical hit for full console quality gameplay on the go any day.
Well in my opinion The switch Mostly becuase I simply prefer portability In terms of power I wouldn't pick the switch in term of games I would choose the switch, for a new console it has some of my favorite all time games, like Botw and XC2. The PS4 definitely has some amazing games, but I'd rather choose the switch since it has such amazing games, and will keep getting more amazing games I like that the PS4 has vc and you can connect ur headphones to the controller But overall the switch wins
PS Vita allows you to be able to stream your PS4 over the internet. Limited to places with internet but a great option for portability. Also really cheap now.
Things that are good about each console: PS4 - Exclusives, the largest playerbase, Trophy system, PS VR Nintendo Switch - Exclusives, portability, Mii avatars Xbox - Graphics, Game Pass, Backwards compatability, Xbox avatars My preference: If I had to choose one out of the three, I'd choose PS4. I've owned a PS4 and a Nintendo Switch for about a year and I've had a great deal of great times with them. And, one of my brothers owns an Xbox X, and I've played it loads. So I know how the controller and system feels. But I still prefer PS4 just for its simple menus, exclusives and the VR system. Also, I prefer the PS4 controller over the Xbox's controller simply because I believe that the PS4 controller is the perfect size for my hands and its button layout is perfect for me. But I understand why each controller is better for different people. The exclusives is another factor that makes the PS4 so great. Great games like Spider-Man, Days Gone, Last of Us 2, God of War and Detroit become human are all amazing PS4 exclusives that have, or are coming to PS4 this year in 2018. But honestly, People have their own opinions on things, and some people prefer the larger size of an Xbox controller, or some people really enjoy having good graphics, or just the little things about a console such as the trophy system, the Avatar System or even just the System's menus. All these things make up of what people think of a console. P.S. I realised I didn't even mention the Nintendo Switch. BTW, I reckon the Nintendo Switch is in 2ND place behind PS4.
The Nintendo Switch is in its own category, so you can't really compare it to ps4 or xbox. Personally I like Nintendo's handheld mode the most because you can play on the bed or anywhere. Ps4 and Xbox are better with tv though, but I don't care much for that.
PikaFap Actually, I use Windows 10 daily. But only because as web developer I have to test on MS Edge, and it’s retarded touchscreen APIs. It’s unbearable and why people don’t use Linux instead confuses me.
I prefer the switch, but there are so many amazing games on the other consoles that I don’t want to play only coz they’re not on the switch which is kinda sad, I need more big story games on the switch :*
Every system has its pros and cons. They are made for different kinds of gamers. I will mention though that one of my favorite pros for the switch is how ridiculously fast it downloads content. When I find out a game needs to be updated on the ps4, I usually groan and prepare myself for a long wait, or put it off and say I’ll do it later. This is because at best, an update will take 15-30 minutes. But on the switch, game updates will usually only take a few seconds! Even when it’s the first time you’ve put the game in the system, or when your downloading a new game, it usually takes only a few minutes. It really is insane how fast these update and whatever Nintendo is doing to accomplish this I hope other consoles do it too. That was just one pro of the switch that I thought of that wasn’t in the video, all consoles are great.
By the way beat em ups i really like this video. And one thing you kind of can make ps4 portable with remote play. And also xbox is getting xcloud this year which can stream your xbox to your phone which can allow you to play xbox games anywere. And also stay cool your content is amazing
The perfect controller for me would be a pro controler from the switch, with rubber padding, triggers similar to an xbox 360's triggers slightly longer thumbsticks, and a ps4 styled touchpad that can optionally be attached similar to those things that hold the switch on the controller, which would be great for games like Mario Maker 2 or making mapd in smash
Tbh I keep switching my favorites lmfao. Switch and PS4 have their exclusives, switch has portability, XBOX has a damn nice controller and in my opinion a good UI (I dunno I like the design of the blocks), you can't really go wrong with either of the consoles
I totally love this video Wood, we all "should" just respect each others views and move on with our lives too~ I'd pick the Switch because I'm mostly a Nintendo fan as well, but I do love Ps4 as well~
There is no the best, it’s a subjective questions and the answer varies depending on the person, I love my Xbox for their great online services and I guess I’m a Xbox fanboy, so I just love my Xbox, I love my PS4 for their exclusives, great quality, and I need to get a switch for its couch coop capabilities
My opinion so no butthurt comments plz: Me personally I don’t like PS4, I don’t like how they’ve been using a upgraded version of a Super Nintendo controller for every generation and not a super fan of having both my thumbs right next to each other. I prefer Xbox over PlayStation by a long shot and I prefer Nintendo Switch as my main console because it’s portable and I love the exclusives that Nintendo supports with the system. I’ve just always enjoyed Nintendo games more than anything and never get bored with the hype they’ve been giving within the last year. I’m definitely a Zeldies boi!
Quentin Kaalekahi It is actually a good deal more powerful than an Xbox 360. It can run Doom, Skyrim, it's getting Wolfenstein 2, it even plays a marvelous HD game like Mario Kart 8 at full 1080p rather than the WiiU's 720p so dunno how you think the Switch can't handle GTA.
Another pro for the Xbox One is Play Anywhere ability for those who have a Gaming PC and Xbox One, but at the end of the day, I choose PC and Switch. I like PC because it is Versatile. You can build and design your PC to whatever you want it to be or buy a pre-built. It can use PS4, Xbox One, and Switches controller or try mouse and keyboard. The game library is huge because you never have to worry about backwards compatible. For example, I still like playing the 2005 Star Wars: Battlefront II. The game sales are better in regards to having more than one seller like Steam, Humble Bundle, and the actual developers (Ubisoft, EA, and etc.). Lastly, the PC can be used more than just gaming and plaiyng videos. The Con to the PC is the initial price of getting a good PC. A good PC has traditional been a little bit more expensive than a console because you were buying parts that had, in some case, better quality. Now thanks to Cryptominers, Graphics Cards are literally DOUBLED the MSRP and if not more. So building a PC is not worth it for now. I can go on with the Pros and Cons to a PC but I think I hit the important line items. I like the Switch and @BeatEmUps explained that in his video. =) Thank you to anyone who actually reads this comment. =D
Achievements was my complaint :p honestly though all systems are grest with some great exclusives and some positive and negatives for all systems. If your trying to defend one console your missing on some great games.
I think there is a best option for different types of gamers. Switch is for Nintendo diehards and/or those who want to take advantage of portability. PS4 is for console gamers who want the complete package of exclusives, 3rd parties and online. ... XBox One...honestly my opinion has changed in recent months. I used to say it was for those who cared only about online play and 3rd parties. However, with the X this has also become about graphics...and with Game Pass everything has been turned upside down. Game Pass has such a huge library that it's hard to deny how affordable it is. Now I would say XBox One is about graphics, 3rd parties, online, and budget gaming.
Ive always been a nintendo guy since the snes.. as i have a snes. N64 and switch. But i do also enjoy my ps2 and ps4.. ive never owned a microsoft system so i cant comment.. but for me its zelda on the nintendo that gets my vote.. thou i do love alundra on my p.s
Robert Day It all comes to this - Witcher 3 and PS4/X1 or Zelda and Switch.. Not an easy choice, impossible to decide on which is best.. They are both best..
I already have a Nintendo switch, and I absolutely love it. But I’ve found myself wanting a ps4 recently, so I’m going to be picking up a ps4 during Black Friday this year. I really don’t like Xbox that much, but their controller feels absolutely phenomenal.
I think PS4 has the best game lineup, Switch has got some great game, plus it has the portability and XBOX is the strongest. Everyone can decide which one is the most important for them. I prefer the PS4, it was the best games and for me that's what matters the most, but I want to buy a Switch eventually. The XBOX just doesnt have the games that makes me want to buy the system
What upsets me about this is yes Xbox One X is the most powerful console however it took Microsoft over half way through this generation to release a more powerful system. The Ps4 was the strongest system for the first 4 years.
Neoflare I hope so, if it is one par with ps4 and Xbox one at one third of the price it will really shake up the market and force innovation from Sony and Microsoft.
I love the way you constructed your opinion and pointed out the pros and Cons of all systems. I also love how you said Gaming is a different experience for everyone.💚 Because it totally is! Great Video!!
Yep, the switch I would pick up first then I am gonna wait for the PS5 and that's about all I need. I also have a Mac for simple games like the sims or something of that.
All 3 systems are great in their own right, if you can’t afford all 3 i would go with the ps4 & switch. While game pass is great and the xbox one x is a powerhouse there is an alternative to that which is the PC, many of the “xbox exclusives” can be played on pc and owning all the consoles means that i need to buy multiple memberships every year. The main reason for most gamers to buy a console/handheld is to play therefore if your console is lacking games that reason alone will put you at a major disadvantage which is why i chose to get a ps4 over an xbox one and then came the switch. Portability is great, so owning a switch and playing all the great games that you can’t play anywhere else but there is such a blessing. The 3ds has a massive library and fun games but the graphics needed a much deserved upgrade and that’s basically what the switch means to me, another nintendo handheld success (when hasn’t it been). I know there is much to like about xbox since i own a 360 but for some reason the ps4 drew me over the xbox one on its early stages and i somewhat glad that I went that route, games like uncharted, last of us, horizon zero dawn, bloodborne, resident evil 7, persona 5, nier automata, street fighter V, danganrompa series, nonary games series, hellblade, yakuza, nioh, last guardian, infamous and many rpg is what kept me going back to play there(can’t wait for god of war next month). In all, it comes down to preference, budget and where your friends are playing in order to get out the complete experience.
It's PC and Switch for me. I wait for all the yearly AAA games to go on sale and play my big multiplayer games on my PC. Then I play all my RPGs, indies and Nintys on my Switch. I don't have enough time to play all these games. So I'm alright missing out on a dozen Sony exclusives every generation or so that's just my opinion though
Big Z i can relate to that as well however i find myself on my ps4 since I don’t own a high end pc. I can play some games there but i rather play on my ps4 since i like to sit back on my couch or bed. Its all about preference, confort and budget.
Alejandro Cabral PS4 is a great option, but it's hard to justify it when I have my PC. But it's all up to preference. But I think the Switch is a great companion console. It can't replace my PC though as my sole gaming platform, but I do spend a majority of my time on the Switch since it's so easy to play.
I've got all 3 and mostly play my xbox more. I prefer the system on xbox more than ps4 and switch. I love all controllers same tbh. The one I could leave behind would be ps4. I love forza horizon too much to give up my xbox. I do find it easier to move the ps4 from room to room. Xbox 1 is just so big and chunky
In my personal opinion I like the switch the best because of the diversity of 1st party genres and the different modes although the graphics and stuff like that are slower I really like it
Nintendo for me is epitome of games. i just love the games that come out in their system. i don't care about graphics to a degree that most people seem to. for as long as i remember since getting into emulation, i liked gba and SNES games more than ps games. not that ps games are bad or anything i just like Nintendo games more. so yeah, i have to say switch is best for me.
Nintendo Switch: Pros: -Portability -Great 1st party games such as Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, ETC -Great for multiplayer even on the go Cons: -Drifting -Terrible online service -Controllers are expensive -Not many third party games -Significantly weaker than PS4 and Xbox One PLAYSTATION 4 Pros -Great Exclusives - PS4 slim is more powerful than One S Cons - More expensive than competition Xbox One: Pros: -Decent "exclusives" such as Forza horizon and motorsport as well as Halo (you can get these games on PC but it's the only console that can play them) - Most powerful console (the Xbox One X) -The Game Pass, it's great to have as you get over a hundred decent games with it. -Best Value Cons: -Have to pay for Xbox live gold to play any online game such as Fortnite, while Sony has excluded fortnite from it's online service and so has Nintendo If you can't make up your mind get the one your friends play on :) Another thing to note is both PlayStation and Xbox are launching New consoles this year while Nintendo isn't so if you get a switch it will be current gem for longer
@@leomlay well my biggest issue in switch is the fckng wifi is so weak, the nintendo servers are trash specially on super smash and splatoon 2. And last but not the least is, games are expensive. But damn the portability of playing mario odyssey and dragonquest 11 is perfection
technically speaking the PS4 is way cheaper than the competition. If you actually go buy it physically you can find it for as low as 190 dollars. For 330 dollars you can get a slim with 3 games and 2 controllers. Speaking of games, PS4 easily has the cheapest pricing among them all. For example, you can literally buy a brand new copy of uncharted 4 for like 10 dollars online and spider-man for somewhere around 15. Even Xbox has similar pricing but for nintendo its always the same 60 dollars.
I love all systems but I don't have enough money and I'm a sucker for games with really interesting and intricate stories. (I rarely ever play online btw) The Playstation for me is a must buy, but if I could buy all of them I would.
If my house was on fire, I would grab any consoles because there’s so much stuff from dead grandparents in my house that I would grab those first. Or I’d even get my cats and dogs.
Exactly. Big agreement here. Do you think nintendo will ever have a swirch upgrade where they have youtube and stuff and the web browser like they had on the ds with the web. I dont know what the 3ds has i dont own one or a 2ds. The last ds i had was the dsI. Lol.

Seriously how are all the exclusives in switch perfect I'm not saying the switch is bad I'm just saying I think ps4 has very good exclusives but I have to admit both consoles are very good
But PC is best
I can't be the only one who does not give one single crap about Trophies or Achievements.
You aren't the only one.

keybladesrus So the switch doesn’t have them?
I just want to enjoy games my way. So I can relate
If you're a completionist, like me then they matter lol
I was raised on Nintendo consoles, so I will always lean towards Nintendo consoles, but to truly choose one system or company over the other? That would break my little gamer heart. They're all so freakin' fantastic & brilliant in their own ways!
I have all 3
Ps4 takes first place because of the amount of quality exclusive games it has
Switch takes 2nd place because of it portability and its the best console to play indie games and it has some good exclusives
Xbox takes third place because it looks good to have all three console's next to your tv
chilledrush I have all three too and I agree 💯

I believe that wood gave one of the most bias opinions you could have given for this generation of consoles. Its hard to choose when all 3 are so good yet so different for many reasons. Ultimately it boils down to preference, taste in games, budget and where your friends play if you want to have more fun(over playing with strangers online).

Exact same goes on to say ps4 has not one game he would play yeah your the exact same lol 😆

I've been playing Nintendo since the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. I'm buying a Nintendo Switch next week.

Terril Basquine PS4 does have the option for portability just need a laptop and download the remote play app.
Nathaniel N. Black does it have to be a powerful pc to do that ? Or can it be any modern pc ?
Burn4Freedom420 Idk I run it on a gaming laptop
Nathaniel N. Black I see this all the time not even going to argue
Nathaniel N. Black so you need a laptop ....
But for me, to get my gaming fix I have to say the best gaming system for me personally is the Nintendo Switch.
snobunni426 That makes no sense.
Educated turkey how do? You don’t know people who get sick from playing first person shooters? Back in the eighties when they were playing with VR people were having the same things.
I’m not a big first person shooter player, just by preference. There are literally hundreds of games on PS4 and Xbox that are not FPS games.

On a serious note I don't really see any advantages to a Xbox same or even inferior performance than the Ps4 (unless you get Xbox X but I believe that when comparing consoles we should compare the base versions, so no ps4 pro neither) exclusives are clear ps4 is superior.

The PS4 definitely has some amazing games, but I'd rather choose the switch since it has such amazing games, and will keep getting more amazing games
I like that the PS4 has vc and you can connect ur headphones to the controller

James Bond games are becoming more demanding if you care about the switches longevity you would care about power to a certain degree
LemonyNebula dude no one's going to buy that 200 dollar bullshit just to play your games on portable, just save money for switch
Things that are good about each console:
PS4 - Exclusives, the largest playerbase, Trophy system, PS VR
Nintendo Switch - Exclusives, portability, Mii avatars
Xbox - Graphics, Game Pass, Backwards compatability, Xbox avatars
My preference:
If I had to choose one out of the three, I'd choose PS4.
You clearly need to SWITCH consoles
Im gonna buy the switch just for the miis

@@lightyagami8645 I'm sorry but which game system has backwards compatibility? That's right not PlayStation but Xbox has it lol
The Nintendo Switch is in its own category, so you can't really compare it to ps4 or xbox. Personally I like Nintendo's handheld mode the most because you can play on the bed or anywhere. Ps4 and Xbox are better with tv though, but I don't care much for that.
You can stream PS4 games into a PSVITA, but you need your internet to be on. Not that bad of a trade-off tbh.

Just ssd disk into ps4
Pro controllers and joy cons hehe
my guess is this is probably because game sizes are significantly smaller for switch games compared to ps4 games

Tbh I keep switching my favorites lmfao. Switch and PS4 have their exclusives, switch has portability, XBOX has a damn nice controller and in my opinion a good UI (I dunno I like the design of the blocks), you can't really go wrong with either of the consoles

I already have a Nintendo switch, and I absolutely love it. But I’ve found myself wanting a ps4 recently, so I’m going to be picking up a ps4 during Black Friday this year. I really don’t like Xbox that much, but their controller feels absolutely phenomenal.
I know this comment was a year ago but did you like the ps4? Because right now I'm trying to figure out if I should buy a PS4 or Nintendo
That's why I bought a Switch and a PS4. They just simply have the best games.
What upsets me about this is yes Xbox One X is the most powerful console however it took Microsoft over half way through this generation to release a more powerful system. The Ps4 was the strongest system for the first 4 years.
Maybe one thing Nintendo can do is for every achievement u receive that can be a discount and they can be stacked
Do another one when Nintendo switch online comes out so it'll be more fair
Switch online is going to be lit
Neoflare I hope so, if it is one par with ps4 and Xbox one at one third of the price it will really shake up the market and force innovation from Sony and Microsoft.
There is no better console
There are only consoles for different types of peoples
I only play on Nintendo and PlayStation systems, so to me, those 2 are definitely the best. :)
I don’t like Sony that much but i still play it at my friend’s house.
I love the way you constructed your opinion and pointed out the pros and Cons of all systems. I also love how you said Gaming is a different experience for everyone.💚 Because it totally is! Great Video!!
All you need is a Switch and one of PS4 or an Xbox
Agreed
Yeah
Yep, the switch I would pick up first then I am gonna wait for the PS5 and that's about all I need. I also have a Mac for simple games like the sims or something of that.
@@nicolaypastore Same here, man. No point in buying a PS4 if the 5 is coming soon
I disagree cuz the types of games that the switch has I just don't like, but hey have only RPG games which I'm not a fan of
All 3 systems are great in their own right, if you can’t afford all 3 i would go with the ps4 & switch.
Big Z thats why most people always have 2 out of 4 platforms, one handheld & one home console/pc.
In my personal opinion I like the switch the best because of the diversity of 1st party genres and the different modes although the graphics and stuff like that are slower I really like it
My XBox is literally my girlfriend's Netflix box. I just used my Switch or PS4.
1. PS4
2. Switch

3. Iphone X
4. Xbone X
I don't like Xbox but it wins over the iAmoji X
Pedro Gonzalez iphone......really man?
Nintendo for me is epitome of games. i just love the games that come out in their system. i don't care about graphics to a degree that most people seem to. for as long as i remember since getting into emulation, i liked gba and SNES games more than ps games. not that ps games are bad or anything i just like Nintendo games more. so yeah, i have to say switch is best for me.
9:43 was literally exactly what my Xbox menu looked like
SWITCH 4 LYFE... even though I don't own one yet ;p (played with my friends' switches, they are really fun!)
That's great! Have you got one yet? Hopefully so.
Nintendo Switch:
Pros:
-Portability
-Great 1st party games such as Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, ETC
-Great for multiplayer even on the go
Cons:
-Drifting
-Terrible online service
-Controllers are expensive
-Not many third party games
-Significantly weaker than PS4 and Xbox One
PLAYSTATION 4
Pros
-Great Exclusives
- PS4 slim is more powerful than One S
Cons
- More expensive than competition
Xbox One:
Pros:
-Decent "exclusives" such as Forza horizon and motorsport as well as Halo (you can get these games on PC but it's the only console that can play them)
- Most powerful console (the Xbox One X)
-The Game Pass, it's great to have as you get over a hundred decent games with it.
-Best Value
Cons:
-Have to pay for Xbox live gold to play any online game such as Fortnite, while Sony has excluded fortnite from it's online service and so has Nintendo
If you can't make up your mind get the one your friends play on :)
Another thing to note is both PlayStation and Xbox are launching New consoles this year while Nintendo isn't so if you get a switch it will be current gem for longer
Nintendo has many problems (no offensive to Nintendo fans)
@@leomlay that is true, I am a Nintendo fan but the switch has many issues
@@leomlay well my biggest issue in switch is the fckng wifi is so weak, the nintendo servers are trash specially on super smash and splatoon 2. And last but not the least is, games are expensive. But damn the portability of playing mario odyssey and dragonquest 11 is perfection
@@tristanmason06 you forget ps vr
technically speaking the PS4 is way cheaper than the competition.
**PlayStation 4 advert plays before the video** ... Sony is clearly watching!
PS4 has remote play which lets you play your PS4 games on your phone pc or vita anywhere with WiFi!
None of those it's obviously the PC.
I also like the Switch though.

I don't like pc gaming
I love all systems but I don't have enough money and I'm a sucker for games with really interesting and intricate stories. (I rarely ever play online btw) The Playstation for me is a must buy, but if I could buy all of them I would.
If you don’t use online that much, you should use the switch
@@HoleeCarolee PS4 has better single player games
Kyle West
Does ps4 have smash bros? Mario oddysey? Mario kart? Breath of the wild? DK country?
No, I didn’t think so
If my house was on fire, I would grab any consoles because there’s so much stuff from dead grandparents in my house that I would grab those first. Or I’d even get my cats and dogs.
This video was perfect!
Imagine having actual games
This post was made by ouya gang
Just get a PS4 and switch hands down
switch=ps4>xbox
Exactly
Exactly. Big agreement here. Do you think nintendo will ever have a swirch upgrade where they have youtube and stuff and the web browser like they had on the ds with the web. I dont know what the 3ds has i dont own one or a 2ds. The last ds i had was the dsI. Lol.
@@davidtirlokhi4954 Switch has RUclips tho?
@@davidtirlokhi4954 it's probably possible, but sadly I don't think they will do it.
I agree!
You know your a gamer when you like all three
