This might be the best Spooky Month video yet in terms of quality, and while I love that Pelo brought back the red devil guy from the first Spooky Month (complete with a flashback showing what happened after Lila gave him the candy, with Pelo replicating the animation style of that video and even voiced Lila again for that scene), but Bob Velseb might just be the most intimidating "monster" the series has had so far. The Eyes of the Universe ended up befriending Skid and Pump, we've barely seen that much of Mr. Clown or the Cult, Moloch ended up up accidentally killing himself which diminishes his intimidation factor for me, and Happy Fella (apparently possessed by Dexter) was WAY too ineffectual to be all that scary. Bob may be easily distracted and have a few stupid moments, but he actually does have a body count, both within the video itself and outside of it. Not to mention, that God-damn smile and stare, man...
I prefer the name the stars for the eyes, but anyways, they eyes seem to be behind it all. The clown seems to be a major part of the cult, and the cult seems to be a cult for the eyes. Remember back when they first met the eyes? And pumps eyes turned blue? In this episode, so does bobs eyes. And pumps eyes turn blue again too. There seems to be more to the eyes that we don't know

The only way you can tell it's Dexter because of his liking to kill cats like he mentioned from Spooky "Month Unwanted Guest". The reason why his soul is in the doll is because Moloch took over his body during "Unwated Guest". 3) The Guy in the coat is the Candy Dealer from "Unwated Guest" but the big guy with the blue shirt is Frank the Kidnapper who has the white van is going on Vacation like he said in 10:16 . 4) Rick (The Big Miserable guy in the candy store) was seen in both "Unwated Guest" and "Deadly Smiles" working in different jobs but quits easily. 5) Jaune is actually Ross's Mom (You can tell because of the mouth shape and also can be seen on a picture in the background on the right in 9:55 {In this vid}) 6) Sr Pelo was already been seen in the first spooky month for a few seconds in the background being kidnapped by Frank. 7) The Kid who is dressed up like the Devil Guy is the same dude in this whole episode because of how similar he looked simlare to the Devil Guy. 8) Roy's Parents are rich which you can tell fro how they look and thier car.

So a few things. 1) We don't know a lot about the cult (the periodic people appearing with the red robes) but they were the ones who broke Bob out of jail and gave him the necklace. Again, we don't know why they were working together. 2) The necklace made Bob (the villain of the episode) immortal and stopped him from age. The immortal part is pretty clear, the two cops both unloaded their entire clip into him and he didn't die. The reason running him over killed him is because the necklace probably broke when it got run over (you notice in the ending scene it's broken, where as it's not in the picture where the cultist is wearing it.) It stopped Bob from aging, which is why he appeared in the same photo from Lila's childhood, and still appeared to be a middle aged man like he was here. *It's a popular theory that since the cultists and the villain's always seem to attack Skid and Lila, along with every image of their family either not including Skid's dad or the images have him removed from them, that Skid's dad might appear in one episode with some sort of connection to the cult and all the other creepy stuff going on around town.
I know I already left a comment, but I also wanted to say that at the beginning if you payed attention to the characters, Pump’s sister was a “victim” to Bob, but it was actually Pump pulling a prank on her. Pump’s sister even vaguely mentions it a few minutes later.
There are actually other “real endings”, all of which, including this one by a little bit, are the only bits of information we have of the “cult” from the beginning of the episode that apparently burnt down the officer’s house.

I just remembered the missing inmate who was on the news before bob was the exterminator dexter, who ended up getting possessed and his soul being trapped in that happy fella doll.
It should be recommended that you watch the rest of the secret endings, it's pretty much been up until now that the background lore was only kept in the secret endings but this is the first time the lore has been up front when John mentioned the cult members burned his house down.

I spotted two references: 1. 14:01 you can see edd, tom, and matt from eddsworld 2. Idk if this counts, but right at 14:27 roy is about to steal candy from skid and pump, you can hear him say, “what a party pooper!” Which could be a reference to fnaf sister location, due to them having the same voice actor.
I don't know if someone wrote this in the comments, but I'll still tell the theory that I heard. Lila's husband died a long time ago, and this can be seen in the large portrait in the attic, when Lila and the children were hiding from the doll. When the doll wanted to kill them, the mannequin itself fell on the doll. In this episode, when Bob heard footsteps behind him while he was in the attic, the mannequin teleported right behind him. This is the spirit of Lila's husband, who controls the mannequin and tries to protect Lila and her son
Okay so this devil character is starting to remind me a lot of that horror movie Smile. Have you heard about it? Once again another comment, Dexter from the news report June was watching at the beginning was the exterminator from episode 3, which was possessed by the demon. And then he possesses the doll, which is why the doll wants to kill cats, he’s obsessed with death.
Dexter was an animal killer - that's presumably the real reason he became an exterminator in the first place.

2. Idk if this counts, but right at 14:27 roy is about to steal candy from skid and pump, you can hear him say, “what a party pooper!” Which could be a reference to fnaf sister location, due to them having the same voice actor.
I don't know if someone wrote this in the comments, but I'll still tell the theory that I heard. Lila's husband died a long time ago, and this can be seen in the large portrait in the attic, when Lila and the children were hiding from the doll. When the doll wanted to kill them, the mannequin itself fell on the doll. In this episode, when Bob heard footsteps behind him while he was in the attic, the mannequin teleported right behind him. This is the spirit of Lila's husband, who controls the mannequin and tries to protect Lila and her son
If I had a nickel for everytime sr pelo got killed in spooky month I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice.
