I’m underwriting a file now. Salary employee broker qual’d @ 3,330 bi wk, prior w2 shows 50k higher than current YTD, so income is trending down, Please pay attention to the paystub breakdown bc if there are variable factors in breakdown you can expect to get written VOE condts.
QUESTION: Since the income trend declined roughly $8,500 from year 2002 to 2003, are we still able to add up the total gross income and divide by 24 months? OR, do we need to conduct further analysis to find out why their income decreased significantly?
