Can you fish this with both Ultra-light rod and a fly rod? Being from Hawaii we use 10'-15' long leaders for deep water and 8'-10' in skinny water, can ya do the same with this wonderful jig? Pretty sure I just discovered a spring jig for the Missouri river this coming spring.

Definitely with an ultralight, but it's too heavy for a fly rod. My Headstander pattern is the equivalent for a fly rod
