I love Indian food! Funny story, my 80 yo mom was very excited to tell me she reorganized all of her recipes and threw away all of the recipes with more than 5 ingredients. My response to her was that she threw away all of the good ones lol. So the joke at my house is I won't make a dish unless it has 15 to 20 ingredients. Point being, this his right up my alley. Thanks as always.

There are days I don't want to cook anything over 5 ingredients myself. This one is mostly spices though, so once you get going, it's well worth it. Have fun!

A restaurant here in Utah, Tadka, we buy in catering size pans and freeze dry them mixed with rice in different heat levels usually 4-5 and 10, the hottest to please everyone’s heat preferences.

Thanks for all of your amazing content! its been super helpful. I have a question regarding the amount of food you can cook in a cycle. I have just purchased an XL for a business I am starting up. Do you suggest following the 50lbs limit or do you just make sure the food isn't higher than the top of the tray? thanks!

Lots of things here are fat; like the yogurt, butter to cook it, the cream (if you added any). How long will this last in a FD state before going bad?

I have faith in 25+ years in any food that has no or very little oils or fats. And 0 moisture of course.
