One time a man did that same thing late at night, scared me and my missionary companion so bad because it was so dark, he then stumbled away and was shouting to himself and a tree. Do your home work. The aclu and the liberal dems have taken out the enforcement part of policing. It boils down to money. The cops hands are tied . The homeless know this the homeless can’t be ticketed or Aresseted because they have no money to pay tickets or lawyers cour fees. The cops just turn the other way and pursue people that can pay up to the state. It’s akin to the mob it’s legal. Look it up

Being a native San Franciscan myself I have seen this city just go down into a pit hole of garbage. I applaud the people or the person who had the idea and implemented it to take care of something that the city should have done a long time ago. YOU can get a ticket for parking in your own parking space in front of your house but yet you can have a person with a tent and can't do anything???? OH and by the way I know homeless people and homeless people do not look like that they look like homeless people a crackhead and a meth head look like a crackhead and a meth head. all they do is follow the dope dealers and where the dope dealers are that's where they set up camp! It's that simple.
But cities go and tear down anything anyone builds and drives the homeless into neighborhoods. There was a guy in L.A. that was building tiny homes for the homeless and the city tore them down. And these people instead of setting something up, pooling money together for the homeless, a nonprofit, a rehabilitation center, no instead they put boulders as supposed "deterents". They see deterents, I see chairs.
This city is so poorly managed it’s incredible. With $12 billion operating budget and they still don’t get people what they need and they don’t fund public education. The city is just maddening.
That City is so confused. Leave the damn rocks. Clean up the streets. Put rocks along all the sidewalks. Or better yet how bout law enforcement and prosecutors take their jobs seriously and start helping fix the problems.

Here’s the solution I propose to end the homeless crisis. If you are homeless, you are required to seek services to improve your situation. Such as shelters, ect. However if you refuse services and remain homeless and not attempting to improve your situation, it is required you relocate in a military style encampment. This is not prison, this is a re-educated facility to help you become a normal citizen again. If you reject the encampment, you will go to jail, or mental health emergency facilities.

Orlando's homeless population is nothing compared to L.A. and some of these other cities in the west coast. Yeah, you see homeless people scattered around here and there...especially on OBT, Pine Hills Rd., Hastings, W. Colonial, westmoreland, church street, etc....but we don't have entire tent cities filled with homeless people like they do in California.
The Democrats in Congress passed a federal law that allows them to legally live on the streets if you don't like that then contact your representative to change the law!

One time a homeless lady with a shopping cart chased us down the numbered streets of huntington beach screaming that WE specifically ruined her life until we lost her and she started that up with some other random people all the while trying to run them over with her shopping cart. I feel bad since those people were probably there to see the surfing competition going on at the time. they got more than they bargained for.
Other times One lady regularly would dart out in traffic at a intersection and would go up to your car when stopped or moving slowly at a red light or turn left light and would pound and scream at your door window while trying to open your car door. I always worried that if she got too close I might run her foot over if I kept moving so you were just stuck there hoping she wouldn't break into your car or window and would lose interest and walk away.
One time a man did that same thing late at night, scared me and my missionary companion so bad because it was so dark, he then stumbled away and was shouting to himself and a tree.
This intersection was right across from our apartment complex in norwalk so we had to use the intersection to go home, there was no going around this issue. I felt bad for those people, but there wasn't anything we could do, they were a hazard to themselves and everyone else.
California has issues....
Attention: California's homeless: Come to Detroit, MI. Plenty of room in our vacant lands.
They'll all freeze to death.
Plenty of drugs, too!
They would turn into freeze pops

Years from now they will be broken into pieces all over the street and covered in spray paint and pee.

@@davewilson4587 any business owner any race would be a complete idiot if he didn't complain about homeless people shooting up and defecating in front of their business that supports themselves their families and the economy.
Your an ignorant racist part of the problem not part of the solution idiot, and I'm betting a homeless drug addict to.
Nobody in their right mind wants this on their doorstep in front of their business or home.
There's Californians in little FEMA homes/trailers getting it together because their homes burnt down, and one meth head wreaks the place with their filth and they get the boot!
People's addictions (all races) are far more important then getting along with their neighbor.
Their are homeless who want help and a hand up and will get on their feet. Their are addicts nobody can change. Only the addict can change themselves.
I'd be calling every second until they were off My Paid For Property!
Touring USA in the new year, SF won’t be on the itinerary.
Marti Dee for the same reasons, Seattle is a no-go zone.
That's good to hear. We dont want you here anyway.
Mike Zahnow I bet. You guys are too busy dealing with homeless people’s feces and tents to host anybody who can actually pump money into the economy. Understood!
Go to Florida. That's where the nation's oldest City is.
Come to San Diego instead. We do have a homeless problem, like all of California, but it is nowhere near as bad as LA or San Francisco. The inmates are not running the asylum down here.
Did anyone ever ask the boulders if they were anti homeless? Rock solid reporting!
The people solving problems the city ignores...... Merica
There will be a mini excavator and a dump truck arriving next week to clean that up.
sam t. you're exactly right they will be there to clean up dangerous Rock spill immediately yet the homeless camps take forever to get cleaned up
How about an excavator and and high pressure hose truck to sweep the homeless and thier fecal matter out?
yet the homeless can stay
The SF City Council... sits on their behinds, while The People, act upon their own complaints... sounds about right ⁉️...🤔
Haha...the homeless are “between ROCK and hard place”
It not always by Choice i use to be homeless 1981 i lost my job .it take 2 weeks to get unemployment payments .it not always drug .
I retired from a university 20 years married with kids .13 years of marriage i improv myself.

More taxes and more programs. When did any program solve anything lefty? Name one.
Good for them. Keep fighting for what you want.
Nobody forced a needle into their arm. Financial inequality is a cop out.
People with shitty empty lives find drug use a good way to numb themselves. Also take into account scummy dealers that prey on vunerable people. War on Drugs at its best.

Dick Manitoba there not all junkies u weirdo 😂
That what happens when the cops can’t do their job right blame the aclu
Do your home work. The aclu and the liberal dems have taken out the enforcement part of policing. It boils down to money. The cops hands are tied . The homeless know this the homeless can’t be ticketed or Aresseted because they have no money to pay tickets or lawyers cour fees. The cops just turn the other way and pursue people that can pay up to the state. It’s akin to the mob it’s legal. Look it up
SF should just change their professional sports team’s mascots to bums.

Actually... abstract stones could be used wherever they’re making mischief. It’s California. Someone should get creative.
"How are you gonna fix this?"
"Rocks."
Somebody will sue the city when they trip over a boulder and fracture their skull whilst walking, texting and drinking a latte.

The sidewalks are not for sleeping either
At least it works for them, whoever is doing any action get the benefit. Anyone said that is not solution to the problem then you did something first!
“ Boulder action” that’s a Bould statement
Mayor has destroyed SF with her intense incompetence.
When I go to San Fran. I am for sure taking a selfie sitting on those boulders.
Hose it down with disinfectant first.
Your house is worth 750k (2 bedroom) and you have a homeless camp outside lol I think when that housing market crashes it’ll be interesting to see how low the prices get.
I just pray to God that happens before I die..lol
LOL! What they did is give the homeless furniture.
The odor of many homeless people is unacceptable. Sometimes they talk to themselves all day long and shout occasionally at night.
Even liberals have their limit.
Instead of impeachment efforts ..put some effort to clean SF Dems .
This is more of an issue for Ca. Than impeachment as election is around the corner
When I don't go #2 for a few days, it comes out as boulders. 😆
That's a good one..lmao
WoW??? SF residents to man up...
A clear case of discrimination against the homeless and I believe could rise to the level of a hate crime.
That City is so confused. Leave the damn rocks. Clean up the streets. Put rocks along all the sidewalks. Or better yet how bout law enforcement and prosecutors take their jobs seriously and start helping fix the problems.
Beautifully done 💗
not all heroes wear capes
Yes, let’s raise money to buy these boulders but not give money to organizations that would help these people.
Looks like they have utilized something similar to a "wall".
More SF residents should do the same thing
Racist
and now there's chairs for them to chill
The empathy in some of these comments could fill a thimble . . Maybe you should spend a few days as homeless or drug addicted individual . . then you can come back with all the answers . .
I bet the city comes up with the money to send a crew out to remove the rocks....
They can drape blankets over them and make tents, and have a place to sit and lean during the day.
Its sooooo simple VOTE these liberials out of office !!!
Too late. The whole state has been brainwashed
Yeah and just elect the Nazis good call.
Your so angry.. Look at any major city in the US with major problems and its democratic run, IE- Chicago, LA, SF, Seattle, Portland, Baltimore, DC, Oakland, etc. You are part of the problem and not the solution with that attitude hater.. grow up
Nice landscaping touch. The person that thought of this is a genius.
They are basically saying “We’re rich, we shouldn’t have to be bothered with with poor people problems.” 😂
In what world is wanting to get a good night's sleep and not being bothered by junkies considered some elitist wish?
Good job. No freebies for these bums.
you should go live on the street if you think it is a 'freebie'.
How they put those boulders there, without no one noticing?

I was curious too. Most big cities have big brother watching you on every corner.

I'm Not Saying It Was Aliens But It Was Aliens
it was god's bidding to deal with this modern Sodom and Gomorrah.
What about the rest of the sidewalk or they stayed only on the part between the trees?
people are looking for someone to blame for putting boulders on the sidewalks but never look at the California politicians who are to blame for the homelessness
It is sad when people have to take personal action to protect their community and keep it safe, while the politicians turn a blind eye.
It's sad that these people aren't willing to take steps to end homelessness and instead push it down the street.
Benny Martinez this is the best idea I’ve heard of. Seriously many US cities should practice this.
Rubies and Jaspers Jasper I don’t believe in the tooth fairy or Santa Claus. I definitely don’t believe in a god. Well I believe in the sun god, it’s in the sky, it’s been worshipped since the dawn of man and I can see it.
guinessbeer Being homeless is a sad situation that I don’t wish on anyone. I hope we can be kind and help those in need. However for those that don’t care, that abuse the situation, the drug addicts, the mentally sick, they need help. I offer options to end homeless asap.
They are building a wall? What does Polosi think? It’s her baby.
The homeless situation is out of co trol all over...in orlando florida its getting bad too.
Surprise, surprise! Their mayor is a democrat, too!
Let them live on Alcatraz! It would be like the movie "Escape from LA"
The Democrats in Congress passed a federal law that allows them to legally live on the streets if you don't like that then contact your representative to change the law!
@Dave Franklin lab rats
Or STOP voting democrat. Gee, what a concept. 🤯
???? In the land of the free and the brave you want to outlaw the homeless? You willing to put one up in your house to get them off the streets?
Yeah your drug use is going to keep saving everyone and your not getting the help we all need which is you to not be on drugs.
Not all heroes wear capes..they bring boulders
These boulders need to be removed. Let San Francisco rot.
Yes I loooooooove living in the city
I still see room to put up tents n hiding spots
Right, they will just set up the tent next to the rock. Like... duh ~
I lived in San Francisco bay area for 12 yrs, they'll still vote Democrats though, high fees, fines and taxes too.
the side walk more or less belongs to the taxpaying residence of that street so if they want boulders who is to deny them boulders.
How BOLD of them! I’ll see myself out now.
If the city moves those boulders that will show who’s side they are really on.
Good for them.
Can someone tell me where the hospital is on Guerrero street?
I am glad that I live in a good city and state that enforces the law, no loitering on sidewalks or illegal drug use on public property and definitely no setting up of tents on public property!
