What’s wrong were the people in this country you can be poor but you have a choice if your going to live clearness or filthy. When I was in the Philippines I noticed that everyone opens candy, chips or anything and throws the rappers on the ground I guess they like living like rats. My mother told me when I was young you can’t help it sometimes if your poor but you have to be clean
