Firstly, I modified my diet by incorporating more protein-rich foods and reducing the intake of white flour and sugar. Secondly, I started doing warm-up exercises to enhance blood flow. Lastly, I stopped using all chemical hair products and switched to Littleextra Cocoonion Natural shampoo and hair oil for hair fall control. Do not use both oil plzzz they are very thick and not good for head
