For those who can write something like "100 div is expensive" - no, it's not, in reality of last few leagues. More and more people have even mirror-tier builds, so 103 div is fairly cheap nowadays. Just find ok farming strategy that you will like and make your 5-15 div/hour, but do this consistently. About the build: it's very good for mapping, but flicker strike with this setup has some problems on pinnacle bosses, sometimes it can run out of frenzy charges, so we can't attack and we need to use enduring cry to get our brutal charges. These problems can be solved with more investment: Awakened Multistrike will give 1 additional repeat (so it's extra 25% chance per use of flicker strike to get a frenzy charge), body armour eldritch implicit that gives 1 endurance (brutal) charge every 10 sec, but for that we need to roll it with Grand Eldritch Ember and upgrade it 3 times with Orb of Conflict, it can be hard/expensive/annoying, but then we should always have our brutal charges refreshed, like with Replica Farrul's Fur. Or just use Frenzy of Onslaught on T17 bosses and ubers as I do, it's just 1 gem swap, still few T17 bosses I did with flicker strike, but frenzy of onslaught is just better for bossing in all aspects (higher dps, right positioning). Other possible upgrades (very high budget): rings with +1 frenzy charge will give much more dps and some dmg reduction, also Sublime Vision with +1 frenzy while using Grace.

@@terrorym7927 we will lose a lot of dps actually, because without ralakesh we can't have both endurance and brutal charges, so it's better to replace Arn's Anguish with MB. And we will need some extra mana reservation for aspect of the cat, we will lose ele ailments immune without those 25% in body, so need Stormshroud and flask with 100% avoid shock, something like that.
Awesome work, and thanks for showing the PoB! This might be what I go for next league, since EE CI trickster flicker doesn't look like it has the same potential. Fingers crossed Svalinn isn't nerfed and Ralakesh boots are reasonably priced, though

I love that no matter which, the answer to: "How do i boss with [Insert flickerstrike variant]?" Is still to just not use flickerstrike. lol. But joke aside, this is one solid flicker variant! I've already tried EE trickster flicker and slayer flicker with replica farrul + voidforge earlier this league. And while both are amazing, EE had too low of a dps ceiling for me while voidforge was a paper tiger and dies upon the slightest breath. Then... I saw this last night and decided to hastily put it together using items that i had laying around while buying a few pieces like a 5c heatshiver, 50c ambusher dagger, and 2 cold per frenzy rings that i threw a few horror essences on while slapping an astramentis for attribute requirements. Overall, even though im missing a few things like: the fortify enchant, 100% suppress, better reservations, lvl 100, and various other things, it has been slapping pretty hard. Frenzy charge generation is giving me the same issue as EE flickster, but overall good find. And honestly, forget 100d, you can definitely put this together for way less to start farming red maps with.
haha, thanks! we still can do t16-17 map bosses with flicker as I showed here 0:59, 2:43, 3:12, not ideal, but doable, sometimes need to wait for cooldown. Precuror's emblem ring with 30% chance to get max frenzy probably can solve this problem or awak multistrike. But on ubers - frenzy on onslaught is much better choice, so we can avoid all those slams, projectiles, beams, vortex etc. Sure, it can be done with much lower budget, sacrificing some dmg and survivability
@@K2Gaming_ Well, after playing for the past 2 days and getting from 87-96 with only a handful of deaths, i can only say that i can't applaud this build enough. It is super efficient for its relatively low level of investment, quite tanky with exceptions to degens, the mapping is buttery smooth, and frankly, this is the most new flicker strike player friendly version I've come across. I've been able to clear 8mod t16s on nothing buy a shoestring budget, and been farming betrayal for exp this whole time, even clearing some t17s here and there for lvl84 catarina(had to boss with my main--the t17 bosses. Catarina can be done on this build without any problem**). Done pretty much all map mechanics without issues, conquerors, slayers, guardians, and all invitations but hidden and feared. I can definitively say that this is probably the best version of flicker strike i've played since i started flickering in blight league, and that's freaking wild since i thought i've tried them all already. Craziest thing is, this build can probably be a league starter and it is definitely what i'm going to try doing next league if svalinn doesnt get nerfed out of existence. So, I wanted to make it different and not too expensive, 300 div for +1 frenzy rare ring is just crazy, I remember they were always ~100 div

Pretty much look at OP's pob, and get the bare minimum and test it our yourself. Dont bother with a cluster jewel, use flasks to top off your resistances if you are not capped. This build is pretty much carried by the passive tree, suppression, and svalinn shield. Definitely try it.
Hi, I made your build and solved the problem with frenzy charges generation. In the 2nd weapon slot you need a shield with the property: +2 to Minimum frenzy charges. Before the fight, you change weapons 2 times, and you can attack.
cool, good work! awak multistrike will also help to keep charges up, but it's expensive. But honestly i prefer using frenzy of onslaught on t17 bosses and ubers, much more comfortable, because we can control position
This build is just amazing. For T16 clear is insane. I will try also on T17 and update. For maps to avoid I will add mod: Monsters steal charges as your flicker strike cooldown drops singnificantly.

I've been following this build for the last week and having an absolute blast! I'm at a point where I think most of my stuff is pretty similar to your POB but when I import my character into the same config, it's showing me at 1/5 the damage. Dunno if there is something I'm likely missing just up front or if that would require actually seeing the pob directly, but was hoping for any direction you may have. Thanks for the build it's the most fun I've had playing the game
thanks for feedback! If you imported char to my config - then everything should be ok, there are no hidden/custom mods or something. Check all mods on the items and buffs in config again probably. I can review POB if there are some mistakes and write advices, but I do this only for my supporters, at least some compensation for my time and maybe you wanted to say thanks for the build with few $ :) but write your POB as second part only, because RUclips can delete comment with link, something like that: "/74oz7joT5PUV"
@@K2Gaming_ No worries man thanks again. I took a deeper look at the damage calcs and realized I was really undervaluing the synth mods on the rings. I've only switched one of my rings over to synth (expensive to roll!) but it's already made a huge difference Keep up the good work!
Been loving the build, I've always wanted to do a flicker strike character and this is amazing. The only thing is that I pretty much have this whole build done and now I'm just stacking currency and I don't know what to upgrade or how to upgrade, it would be nice if you did a follow up video on a more expensive setup, cheers !
I didn't plan to do upgraded version, because not many people can afford it. You can get better dagger with 14-16% ele pen instead of useless added phys prefix. Also check pinned comment for more possible upgrades, like rings with +1 frenzy charge etc.
This build is nice. I'm able to cruise through T17s (using frenzy for bosses). Feels super tanky with 88% block and solid evade/armour. I think I can actually farm up some currency pretty quick with this and maybe pump it even further.
@@jerryjer-m5g are you using svallin shield with good roll 14+ spell block? it gives lucky block, so it can go up to 88%. Also make sure you took all block nodes from the tree, have 6-7% spell block in body, and I also use 4 tattoos with 1% block each and 3% spell block in rare jewel.

You CAN run maps with reflect damage because of your ascendancy which povides immunity to phys reflect and u are running with hearld of ice which says "damage cannot be reflected"
ascendancy gives immunity to phys reflect only, but we deal mostly ele dmg. Even with awak ele dmg with attack that gives immunity to reflect with flicker - but we have auto triggers in shield (cold snap and creeping frost) also if we occasionally use flame dash or whirling blades to jump into the pack of mobs - it's oneshot from reflect, that's why I wrote that we need to avoid maps with ELE reflect
For people that'll cry about the cost, go farm essences/deli mirrors in alch n go t16s/even low investment harbies and you'll be at around 5 divs/ hour at least if you don't respec your atlas tree every 3 maps without seeing results. You'll do it consistently for couple days and you're looking at a shit ton of money, more than the build needs.
You don't farm essences as an alch n go strat anymore, there's absolutely no reason not to farm essences with full scarabs, but also, essences are very mid this league because of gold sustain. In reality, there isn't a single alch and go strat that makes sense anymore, scarabs are way to good.
@@TheThornicator Just pick any single league mechanic you like, don't mix and match unless it's with shrines / niko buff. take scarabs nodes everywhere& explicit modifiers everywhere, rest in item quantity. If ur build isn't yet endgame viable, look which scarab or node is scaling encounter difficulty and skip them till you can do em.
hi this is a great build i like it a lot can i use MB instead of the belt you are using and use the "More Than skill" pair to replace the shield if so does it affect the dmg much and what shield should i use instead. thank you very much

Arn's Anguish belt gives a lot of dps here, when we have max brutal charges, 49% more dps, so replacing it with MB is a big dps loss, but can add even more survivability, which is already good. As for shield - It's also best in slot here imo. If you want to use Forbidden Flesh/Flame with More than Skill, then u need to replace 2 rare jewels which give me some life, dmg, res. Probably can use rare shield with 5% recover life on block, but now sure about capping spell block
I said how many I spent on it, I can't predict how many each of you will spend on it, maybe someone is very lucky and will get good one in first try, it's rng. So I don't understand where is funny. Again, I SHOW HOW MUCH I SPENT ON THE BUILD. If someone open this video 1-2 weeks after - prices of many things can be even higher, I am not going to update budget every week

@@ИгорьУгадай because with 8 endurance charges it's 80% reduced extra dmg from crit, it greatly helps against oneshots I guess, actually I didn't try to play without that mod, so not sure how important it is on practices, but in theory seems good, almost completely negates crits. Try it, I don't think it will be too bad without that mod.
I start playing this one and I really enjoy it. just 1 question as a new player, do we need that many tatto for spell suppression? As I check the POB, it has 11% more spell suppression
I need 110% spell suppression here, because it caps my avoid ele ailments: 25% avoid from body, 20% from shield mastery and 55% from Ancestral Vision. You can use synthesis ring with 25% avoid ailments, then 100% suppress will be enough
I love the build so far, no problems with frenzy charges or anything despite my imperfect recreation. However, Elemental Avoidance on maps is kinda fucking me, is there a way to overcome this? It's definitely increasing the time it takes to do maps with that modifier due to them dodging the killing freezing blow, unsure of what to do.
there are few options coming to my mind - 1 passive from tree with 15% chance to bleed or skill with dot component instead of flicker - Frost Blades of Kanabasis, only for maps with 95+ avoid ele ailments. Or change the gloves to something else
First time playing this build, works amazing! However, there is one problem how do you sustain frenzy charges? Because i can't, especially on bosses idk if it's gem problem or no since not all of my gems are 20/20 or 21/20 i just can't sustain frenzy charges
mate, I also had problems with frenzy charges on bosses, that's why I wrote 3 times in video, that on bosses I often use Frenzy on Onslaught: 1:33, 4:16, 13:47. For regular t16 map bosses it's ok to use flicker strike, if you had 7-8 charges while mapping, then just enter boss room fast, like here and next 15 sec 0:52

Yes, HH should be good here, POB dps will be lower, but on practice can be better/faster/tankier while mapping. That ring also seems fine, I don't have life in one of them too, just make sure that you capped all ele res and get 50+ chaos res

mageblood will give less dps here than Arn's Anguish, but only when we have brutal charges, for that we need to use enduring cry on bosses or roll body implicit "Gain endurance charge every 10 sec" (need to upgrade tier to the maximum with 3-4 orbs of conflict, or roll gain endurance every 13-14 sec and take mastery "100% inc duration of charges"), then it will be good sustain of brutal charges. Without brutal charges dps drops to 35M in my POB. So, overall, mageblood will give you more movement speed for hideout and taking loot on maps, more attack speed and armour, but then you also need to drop life flask to use 4 magic flask and tincture, so need source of corrupted blood immunity in any jewel at least.

@@kinkin7577 you can buy weapons with vagan's veiled: www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Settlers/qJBLBptg But still it's not 100% chance that you will get it from first try, may need 3-4. Also can block some prefix before unveil (if weapon has open prefix besides veiled mod) to increase chances to hit can't be evaded, for example %inc cold/fire/spell dmg or %gain as extra chaos, they will block biggest number of options

Brutal charges rise dps from 35m to 50m (when we have them, Endurance charge on melee stun works not ideal because we oneshot most mobs and can't really stun pinnacle bosses, so I use enduring cry to get them, and I wrote in pinned comment how it can be solved in better but pretty expensive way).

we need all 3 notables in large clusters with 8 passives for the right allocation of 2 nodes that we a re taking. If you buy cluster without Smite the Weak - you need to spend 2 more points there, it's not efficient
yes, probably it can be done with sword, but dagger nodes are better imo. Also you may need 10% more suppression from somewhere else, because I use dagger mastery with those 10%
great build, it uses every smart decision it can do, but i still dont understand. how 140 dps dagger can quadruple my 1100 dps high crit fleshripper from damage perspective ? i wont even bother about defenses, its big thanks to svalinn. i kinda envy.
thanks! big portion of my dmg comes not from dagger (it actually has 140 phys dps and 241 ele dps), but from cold dmg per frenzy in Ice Bite support and rings, also good added cold dmg in gloves, then multiply this by 1.89 base attacks per second from my dagger, while fleshripper with t1 attack speed has only 1.5-1.55 APS, so any added dmg is much more efficient with high attack speed weapons. Ah, and prismatic tincture, it gives here 101% more dps, that thing is completely broken, that's even without any increases to tinctures effect from passive tree. Btw, I use it only on bosses, very rarely while mapping, just no need, dps is enough.

As I mentioned in pinned comment, it can be solved with eldritch implicit in body "gain 1 endurance charge every 10 sec", it's the highest tier of this mod, so need to upgrade 3-4 times with orb of conflict. Then it should sustain brutal charges automatically
I'm starting the league late and some friends who are now switching to their end game builds are sponsoring me, they said money is no object and have multiple mirrors this league already, I don't want to drain their banks so can I run this fairly cheaply until mid maps? I see plenty of flicker builds going around this league saying they are good and cheap league starters but I assume most are running terminus est and different armor set ups. TLDR can I run any generic flicker league starter build and transition into this one so long as I don't mess up bandits?
Sure, any flicker starter will work, then change 30-50-100 passives to swap to this build, it's not a problem, regrets are very cheap now. Bandits quest is not a problem too, 20 regrets and 1 amulet and can change reward
Whats this rune enchant that you made on the weapon? "Weapon - 40c fractured base + ~1 div Deafening Essences of Hatred + 3 ex benchcraft + 8 div rune enchant".

Would love to play flicker this league but the connection keeps getting this weird desync where monsters take no dmg after a few flicks :/ Even on lockstep
when we have 100% chance to crit it means we have 100% chance to freeze. And from heatshiver we have some added fire dmg, so we can ignite and kill mobs with dot. But that's why maps with 90+ chance to avoid ailments is very bad for this build, very low chance to freeze or ignite
The southbound gloves (your hits can only kill frozen enemies) seems to make some of my mobs unkillable when running certain maps, am I missing an important passive/item to fix this or should i not being running a certain map mod?
As I mentioned in description: "Map mods to avoid: ele and phys reflect, 90+ avoid ele ailments." With high chance to avoid ailments we can't apply either freeze or ignite to remove that 1 remaining life. As an option you can take small passive 15% chance to inflict bleeding, so maps with avoid ele ailments should be doable then, but still can be slow. Or you need some dot from other source, maybe use Frost Blades of Katabasis for such maps

Sometimes frenzy charges drop to zero, so need to wait few sec, then they can go up to 6-8, it's rng. Flicker strike has base 25% chance to get frenzy on hit (with 20% quality), so with mark mastery it's 35% total, not that low
For some stupid reason i cannot figure i get instantly frozen after hitting a single white enemy in some maps, even with max resists and no ele reflect. I'm probably gonna go for brine king because this is madness lol
idk, maybe it's altars mods which reflect ele ailments and you don't have 100% ele avoid because not enough suppress (with my setup I need 110% to be ailment immune with Ancestral Vision) or no avoid in body etc.
Hi friend, I liked this build, but it's not working for me for some reason I don't know. Just when I get to a boss, the boss isn't attacking, do you know why? I followed your pob.
Boss isn't attacking? that's a bug, write to GGG, or just enjoy safe bossing :) But if you are not attacking, that's probably because you ran out of frenzy charges. That's why on bosses I often swap to Frenzy of Onslaught as I mentioned here 1:33, 13:46. But for regular t16 bosses I do not swap anything, flickers works well, just don't be slow and try to enter boss room with max or at least 4-5 frenzy charges
i'm currently trying to get this build together on my first character of the league, i got the helmet, weapon and shield but not the boots, it works fine. But the gloves make me unable to kill mobs sometimes as i can't seem to freeze them, and it happens on normal mobs. is there an alternative so i can kill bosses and not get blocked ?
when you have high crit and some extra fire dmg from helmet or anywhere else, you can ignite enemies to remove that 1 remaining life. Just as I mentioned in description - avoid maps with 90+ avoid ele ailments, with that map mod it's rly low chance to ignite or freeze. Or replace gloves with something else, up to you, they are not build-enabling

mate, I showed only t16 and few t17 bosses that were done with flicker, I had some frenzy charges at start of the fight and luckily they did not go to zero in few sec. I wrote 2 or 3 times in video (1:33, 4:16) that for bossing it's much better to use Frenzy of Onslaught, as I used it on ubers and 2 T17 bosses 5:18, 5:49, 7:48

I don't get such comparisons. Each skill has its pros and cons, it depends on what playstyle you like. Some people just can't play flicker because or fast and random movement, so LS is better for them, but some people are flicker lovers from the moment it was added to the game
Everything's great, but I barely generate endurance charges. Sporadically I'll have 1 or 2, rarely happens that I have all of them. Can't wrap my head what went wrong. Any ideas?
we just oneshot all mobs, so we do not stun them I guess. And on bosses we do not deal high enough dmg to stun them to get brutal charges, that's why I use enduring cry on bosses. Don't think about them while mapping, if you look at my showcase I do not have brutal charges sometimes too, like here 0:16, or here just 2-3 of them 0:31, here too zero of them 0:41. Dps is enough even without them as u see. Sometimes it works fine I have 8 of them. Overall it's not a thing I would worry about

@@terrorym7927 endurance charge on melee stun is just a good support, it gives same dps as lvl 5 awak added cold or ruthless. So, I don't see the reason to remove it. Especially on higher budget if you get +1 max frenzy rings, then endu on melee stun will be even stronger

First of all, I write how much i spent here, I do not try to predict how much it will cost for everyone else, it's impossible. Second, of course price of many items, including ring bases raised a lot since publishing this video, that's how market works, higher demand. Third, don't write stupid things about 30 intelligence for tattoos, it's optional, I had more intelligence than I needed, so I could use 3 blue tattoos, they give only 1% dps total from 3 tattoos.

this is misleading. crafting the weapon takes way much than that. you got lucky. ive spend more than 300 def hatreds and didnt get a single roll with crit chance and crit multi together. i decided to simulate it and when i simulate it t3 rolls together, it hits around 8 times in 6000 tries. so the weapon will cost you a lot more than that. the weapon would cost around 100 div to get a decent roll on it with crits. just buy the weapon for 100-150div. i didnt even get to try other crafts, since the weapon craft is way too misleading. ill pass on that build.
First of all, I wrote how much I spent on it, I don't care was it lucky or not, I counted my budget, not tried to predict yours. Sometimes I buy items that worth even less in few days when I publish my videos. For example when I was making my gladiator lacerate, I bought The Light of Meaning with phys dmg for 12 div (and that was good deal, because they were 12.5-13), but now it worth just 2-2.5 div (was bad for me, but now good for you). So if that works in that way it's ok, right? but when budget can be higher because of your bad luck or higher demand on some items and higher prices - that's my fault or what? Next, I didn't even test it in craft of exile before rolling, and maybe it's good because I would never decide to crat it if it should cost 1k essences, I spent around 80 essences and I actually got crit chance and multi 1 more time before current roll, but they were t3 and t4 and I decided that if I got it that fast I can roll them t1-2 or maybe get some added lighting dmg for shocks. Btw, what's the problem to buy similar dagger but without crit multi, it's just 6.3% less dps without it in my POB, and they worth nothing, like 75c to few divs: www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Settlers/PjMMbdqsL

Sadly i built this build but somehow i cannot achieve same dmg as you on flickerstrike,in game it shows 260k and in pob its like 3mln,i have literally same EQ as u but still something doesnt work,i checked tree i have every node just like u idk whats wrong :/
are you sure about same equipment? don't get me wrong, but I heard this too many times, and when I check POB - not even close to what I have. Also check POB config, of course if it's not set properly, no buffs enabled - then it shows much lower dps.
For those who can write something like "100 div is expensive" - no, it's not, in reality of last few leagues. More and more people have even mirror-tier builds, so 103 div is fairly cheap nowadays. Just find ok farming strategy that you will like and make your 5-15 div/hour, but do this consistently.
About the build: it's very good for mapping, but flicker strike with this setup has some problems on pinnacle bosses, sometimes it can run out of frenzy charges, so we can't attack and we need to use enduring cry to get our brutal charges. These problems can be solved with more investment: Awakened Multistrike will give 1 additional repeat (so it's extra 25% chance per use of flicker strike to get a frenzy charge), body armour eldritch implicit that gives 1 endurance (brutal) charge every 10 sec, but for that we need to roll it with Grand Eldritch Ember and upgrade it 3 times with Orb of Conflict, it can be hard/expensive/annoying, but then we should always have our brutal charges refreshed, like with Replica Farrul's Fur. Or just use Frenzy of Onslaught on T17 bosses and ubers as I do, it's just 1 gem swap, still few T17 bosses I did with flicker strike, but frenzy of onslaught is just better for bossing in all aspects (higher dps, right positioning).
Other possible upgrades (very high budget): rings with +1 frenzy charge will give much more dps and some dmg reduction, also Sublime Vision with +1 frenzy while using Grace.

@@terrorym7927 we will lose a lot of dps actually, because without ralakesh we can't have both endurance and brutal charges, so it's better to replace Arn's Anguish with MB. And we will need some extra mana reservation for aspect of the cat, we will lose ele ailments immune without those 25% in body, so need Stormshroud and flask with 100% avoid shock, something like that.
Awesome work, and thanks for showing the PoB! This might be what I go for next league, since EE CI trickster flicker doesn't look like it has the same potential.

But joke aside, this is one solid flicker variant! I've already tried EE trickster flicker and slayer flicker with replica farrul + voidforge earlier this league. And while both are amazing, EE had too low of a dps ceiling for me while voidforge was a paper tiger and dies upon the slightest breath.
Then... I saw this last night and decided to hastily put it together using items that i had laying around while buying a few pieces like a 5c heatshiver, 50c ambusher dagger, and 2 cold per frenzy rings that i threw a few horror essences on while slapping an astramentis for attribute requirements. Overall, even though im missing a few things like: the fortify enchant, 100% suppress, better reservations, lvl 100, and various other things, it has been slapping pretty hard. Frenzy charge generation is giving me the same issue as EE flickster, but overall good find.
And honestly, forget 100d, you can definitely put this together for way less to start farming red maps with.
haha, thanks! we still can do t16-17 map bosses with flicker as I showed here 0:59, 2:43, 3:12, not ideal, but doable, sometimes need to wait for cooldown. Precuror's emblem ring with 30% chance to get max frenzy probably can solve this problem or awak multistrike. But on ubers - frenzy on onslaught is much better choice, so we can avoid all those slams, projectiles, beams, vortex etc.
Sure, it can be done with much lower budget, sacrificing some dmg and survivability
@@K2Gaming_ Well, after playing for the past 2 days and getting from 87-96 with only a handful of deaths, i can only say that i can't applaud this build enough.
It is super efficient for its relatively low level of investment, quite tanky with exceptions to degens, the mapping is buttery smooth, and frankly, this is the most new flicker strike player friendly version I've come across.
I've been able to clear 8mod t16s on nothing buy a shoestring budget, and been farming betrayal for exp this whole time, even clearing some t17s here and there for lvl84 catarina(had to boss with my main--the t17 bosses. Catarina can be done on this build without any problem**). Done pretty much all map mechanics without issues, conquerors, slayers, guardians, and all invitations but hidden and feared.
I can definitively say that this is probably the best version of flicker strike i've played since i started flickering in blight league, and that's freaking wild since i thought i've tried them all already. Craziest thing is, this build can probably be a league starter and it is definitely what i'm going to try doing next league if svalinn doesnt get nerfed out of existence.

It was my first real experience with flicker, tried only some really low budget ones long time ago and all of them were squishy, and most flickers that I saw on RUclips too. Dont bother with a cluster jewel, use flasks to top off your resistances if you are not capped. This build is pretty much carried by the passive tree, suppression, and svalinn shield. Definitely try it.
Hi, I made your build and solved the problem with frenzy charges generation. In the 2nd weapon slot you need a shield with the property: +2 to Minimum frenzy charges. Before the fight, you change weapons 2 times, and you can attack.
cool, good work! awak multistrike will also help to keep charges up, but it's expensive. But honestly i prefer using frenzy of onslaught on t17 bosses and ubers, much more comfortable, because we can control position
This build is just amazing. For T16 clear is insane. I will try also on T17 and update. For maps to avoid I will add mod: Monsters steal charges as your flicker strike cooldown drops singnificantly.

I've been following this build for the last week and having an absolute blast! I'm at a point where I think most of my stuff is pretty similar to your POB but when I import my character into the same config, it's showing me at 1/5 the damage. Dunno if there is something I'm likely missing just up front or if that would require actually seeing the pob directly, but was hoping for any direction you may have.

thanks for feedback! If you imported char to my config - then everything should be ok, there are no hidden/custom mods or something. Check all mods on the items and buffs in config again probably.

@@K2Gaming_ No worries man thanks again. I took a deeper look at the damage calcs and realized I was really undervaluing the synth mods on the rings. I've only switched one of my rings over to synth (expensive to roll!) but it's already made a huge difference

Been loving the build, I've always wanted to do a flicker strike character and this is amazing. The only thing is that I pretty much have this whole build done and now I'm just stacking currency and I don't know what to upgrade or how to upgrade, it would be nice if you did a follow up video on a more expensive setup, cheers !
I didn't plan to do upgraded version, because not many people can afford it. You can get better dagger with 14-16% ele pen instead of useless added phys prefix. Also check pinned comment for more possible upgrades, like rings with +1 frenzy charge etc.

This build is nice. I'm able to cruise through T17s (using frenzy for bosses). Feels super tanky with 88% block and solid evade/armour. I think I can actually farm up some currency pretty quick with this and maybe pump it even further.

@@jerryjer-m5g are you using svallin shield with good roll 14+ spell block? it gives lucky block, so it can go up to 88%. Also make sure you took all block nodes from the tree, have 6-7% spell block in body, and I also use 4 tattoos with 1% block each and 3% spell block in rare jewel.

You CAN run maps with reflect damage because of your ascendancy which povides immunity to phys reflect and u are running with hearld of ice which says "damage cannot be reflected"
ascendancy gives immunity to phys reflect only, but we deal mostly ele dmg. Even with awak ele dmg with attack that gives immunity to reflect with flicker - but we have auto triggers in shield (cold snap and creeping frost) also if we occasionally use flame dash or whirling blades to jump into the pack of mobs - it's oneshot from reflect, that's why I wrote that we need to avoid maps with ELE reflect
For people that'll cry about the cost, go farm essences/deli mirrors in alch n go t16s/even low investment harbies and you'll be at around 5 divs/ hour at least if you don't respec your atlas tree every 3 maps without seeing results. You'll do it consistently for couple days and you're looking at a shit ton of money, more than the build needs.

You don't farm essences as an alch n go strat anymore, there's absolutely no reason not to farm essences with full scarabs, but also, essences are very mid this league because of gold sustain. In reality, there isn't a single alch and go strat that makes sense anymore, scarabs are way to good.
@@TheThornicator Just pick any single league mechanic you like, don't mix and match unless it's with shrines / niko buff. take scarabs nodes everywhere& explicit modifiers everywhere, rest in item quantity. If ur build isn't yet endgame viable, look which scarab or node is scaling encounter difficulty and skip them till you can do em.

hi this is a great build i like it a lot can i use MB instead of the belt you are using and use the "More Than skill" pair to replace the shield if so does it affect the dmg much and what shield should i use instead. thank you very much
Thanks! Arn's Anguish belt gives a lot of dps here, when we have max brutal charges, 49% more dps, so replacing it with MB is a big dps loss, but can add even more survivability, which is already good.
As for shield - It's also best in slot here imo. If you want to use Forbidden Flesh/Flame with More than Skill, then u need to replace 2 rare jewels which give me some life, dmg, res. Probably can use rare shield with 5% recover life on block, but now sure about capping spell block

@@ИгорьУгадай because with 8 endurance charges it's 80% reduced extra dmg from crit, it greatly helps against oneshots I guess, actually I didn't try to play without that mod, so not sure how important it is on practices, but in theory seems good, almost completely negates crits.

I start playing this one and I really enjoy it. just 1 question as a new player, do we need that many tatto for spell suppression? As I check the POB, it has 11% more spell suppression
I need 110% spell suppression here, because it caps my avoid ele ailments: 25% avoid from body, 20% from shield mastery and 55% from Ancestral Vision.
You can use synthesis ring with 25% avoid ailments, then 100% suppress will be enough
I love the build so far, no problems with frenzy charges or anything despite my imperfect recreation. However, Elemental Avoidance on maps is kinda fucking me, is there a way to overcome this? It's definitely increasing the time it takes to do maps with that modifier due to them dodging the killing freezing blow, unsure of what to do.
there are few options coming to my mind - 1 passive from tree with 15% chance to bleed or skill with dot component instead of flicker - Frost Blades of Kanabasis, only for maps with 95+ avoid ele ailments.
Or change the gloves to something else
First time playing this build, works amazing! However, there is one problem how do you sustain frenzy charges? Because i can't, especially on bosses idk if it's gem problem or no since not all of my gems are 20/20 or 21/20 i just can't sustain frenzy charges
mate, I also had problems with frenzy charges on bosses, that's why I wrote 3 times in video, that on bosses I often use Frenzy on Onslaught: 1:33, 4:16, 13:47.
For regular t16 map bosses it's ok to use flicker strike, if you had 7-8 charges while mapping, then just enter boss room fast, like here and next 15 sec 0:52

Yes, HH should be good here, POB dps will be lower, but on practice can be better/faster/tankier while mapping.
That ring also seems fine, I don't have life in one of them too, just make sure that you capped all ele res and get 50+ chaos res

mageblood will give less dps here than Arn's Anguish, but only when we have brutal charges, for that we need to use enduring cry on bosses or roll body implicit "Gain endurance charge every 10 sec" (need to upgrade tier to the maximum with 3-4 orbs of conflict, or roll gain endurance every 13-14 sec and take mastery "100% inc duration of charges"), then it will be good sustain of brutal charges. Without brutal charges dps drops to 35M in my POB.
So, overall, mageblood will give you more movement speed for hideout and taking loot on maps, more attack speed and armour, but then you also need to drop life flask to use 4 magic flask and tincture, so need source of corrupted blood immunity in any jewel at least.
@@K2Gaming_ one more question: I am having difficult to find the craft " hits cannot be evaded" - should I just keep farming Jun and hope for the lucky drop or is there another quicker way to get this craft? (I don't want to buy the service)

But still it's not 100% chance that you will get it from first try, may need 3-4. Also can block some prefix before unveil (if weapon has open prefix besides veiled mod) to increase chances to hit can't be evaded, for example %inc cold/fire/spell dmg or %gain as extra chaos, they will block biggest number of options

thanks! with mageblood it will be faster and bit more tanky, but dps will be lower. Brutal charges rise dps from 35m to 50m (when we have them, Endurance charge on melee stun works not ideal because we oneshot most mobs and can't really stun pinnacle bosses, so I use enduring cry to get them, and I wrote in pinned comment how it can be solved in better but pretty expensive way).
First of all thank you for the guide. Maybe stupid but why did we get a cluster with smite the weak (or heavy hitter/martial prowess) when we doesnt allocate them in the tree?
we need all 3 notables in large clusters with 8 passives for the right allocation of 2 nodes that we a re taking. If you buy cluster without Smite the Weak - you need to spend 2 more points there, it's not efficient

yes, probably it can be done with sword, but dagger nodes are better imo. Also you may need 10% more suppression from somewhere else, because I use dagger mastery with those 10%
great build, it uses every smart decision it can do, but i still dont understand. how 140 dps dagger can quadruple my 1100 dps high crit fleshripper from damage perspective ? i wont even bother about defenses, its big thanks to svalinn. i kinda envy.
thanks! big portion of my dmg comes not from dagger (it actually has 140 phys dps and 241 ele dps), but from cold dmg per frenzy in Ice Bite support and rings, also good added cold dmg in gloves, then multiply this by 1.89 base attacks per second from my dagger, while fleshripper with t1 attack speed has only 1.5-1.55 APS, so any added dmg is much more efficient with high attack speed weapons.
Ah, and prismatic tincture, it gives here 101% more dps, that thing is completely broken, that's even without any increases to tinctures effect from passive tree. Btw, I use it only on bosses, very rarely while mapping, just no need, dps is enough.

from Endurance charge on melee stun support, but it works not ideally, because we oneshot most mobs and on bosses for some reason it also not always work, and we don't deal enough hit dmg to stun ubers, so need to use enduring cry from time to time. But for mapping it's just fine, I do not use enduring cry and even do not press tincture, only on bosses

I'm starting the league late and some friends who are now switching to their end game builds are sponsoring me, they said money is no object and have multiple mirrors this league already, I don't want to drain their banks so can I run this fairly cheaply until mid maps? I see plenty of flicker builds going around this league saying they are good and cheap league starters but I assume most are running terminus est and different armor set ups.
TLDR can I run any generic flicker league starter build and transition into this one so long as I don't mess up bandits?
Sure, any flicker starter will work, then change 30-50-100 passives to swap to this build, it's not a problem, regrets are very cheap now.
Bandits quest is not a problem too, 20 regrets and 1 amulet and can change reward
Whats this rune enchant that you made on the weapon? "Weapon - 40c fractured base + ~1 div Deafening Essences of Hatred + 3 ex benchcraft + 8 div rune enchant".

How did you get freeze chance? i have only 15% and it takes forever to kill even week mobs, because of the gloves. or did i miss something?
when we have 100% chance to crit it means we have 100% chance to freeze. And from heatshiver we have some added fire dmg, so we can ignite and kill mobs with dot. But that's why maps with 90+ chance to avoid ailments is very bad for this build, very low chance to freeze or ignite
The southbound gloves (your hits can only kill frozen enemies) seems to make some of my mobs unkillable when running certain maps, am I missing an important passive/item to fix this or should i not being running a certain map mod?
As I mentioned in description: "Map mods to avoid: ele and phys reflect, 90+ avoid ele ailments." With high chance to avoid ailments we can't apply either freeze or ignite to remove that 1 remaining life. As an option you can take small passive 15% chance to inflict bleeding, so maps with avoid ele ailments should be doable then, but still can be slow. Or you need some dot from other source, maybe use Frost Blades of Katabasis for such maps

For some stupid reason i cannot figure i get instantly frozen after hitting a single white enemy in some maps, even with max resists and no ele reflect. I'm probably gonna go for brine king because this is madness lol
idk, maybe it's altars mods which reflect ele ailments and you don't have 100% ele avoid because not enough suppress (with my setup I need 110% to be ailment immune with Ancestral Vision) or no avoid in body etc.
t17 under the sphere of delirium will this build be able to?
I didn't try it, I hate delirium. But I think dps should be enough for 2-3 deli orbs
Hi friend, I liked this build, but it's not working for me for some reason I don't know. Just when I get to a boss, the boss isn't attacking, do you know why? I followed your pob.
Boss isn't attacking? that's a bug, write to GGG, or just enjoy safe bossing :)
But if you are not attacking, that's probably because you ran out of frenzy charges. That's why on bosses I often swap to Frenzy of Onslaught as I mentioned here 1:33, 13:46.
But for regular t16 bosses I do not swap anything, flickers works well, just don't be slow and try to enter boss room with max or at least 4-5 frenzy charges
i'm currently trying to get this build together on my first character of the league, i got the helmet, weapon and shield but not the boots, it works fine. But the gloves make me unable to kill mobs sometimes as i can't seem to freeze them, and it happens on normal mobs. is there an alternative so i can kill bosses and not get blocked ?
when you have high crit and some extra fire dmg from helmet or anywhere else, you can ignite enemies to remove that 1 remaining life. Just as I mentioned in description - avoid maps with 90+ avoid ele ailments, with that map mod it's rly low chance to ignite or freeze. Or replace gloves with something else, up to you, they are not build-enabling

I'm follow this build it's good mapping for t17 but have some problem when im meet boss . Why it;s 0 frenzy when im meet boss cant using flicker strike instead 8 frenzy on video u show
mate, I showed only t16 and few t17 bosses that were done with flicker, I had some frenzy charges at start of the fight and luckily they did not go to zero in few sec. I wrote 2 or 3 times in video (1:33, 4:16) that for bossing it's much better to use Frenzy of Onslaught, as I used it on ubers and 2 T17 bosses 5:18, 5:49, 7:48
You say you swap flicker for frenzy of onslaught on 17's and pinnacles, how does that work??? No damage gem with that swap...
I guess it does do something, weird, I didn't know Fos worked like that...

I don't get such comparisons. Each skill has its pros and cons, it depends on what playstyle you like. Some people just can't play flicker because or fast and random movement, so LS is better for them, but some people are flicker lovers from the moment it was added to the game

Everything's great, but I barely generate endurance charges. Sporadically I'll have 1 or 2, rarely happens that I have all of them. Can't wrap my head what went wrong. Any ideas?
we just oneshot all mobs, so we do not stun them I guess. And on bosses we do not deal high enough dmg to stun them to get brutal charges, that's why I use enduring cry on bosses.
Don't think about them while mapping, if you look at my showcase I do not have brutal charges sometimes too, like here 0:16, or here just 2-3 of them 0:31, here too zero of them 0:41. Dps is enough even without them as u see. Sometimes it works fine I have 8 of them. Overall it's not a thing I would worry about
@@K2Gaming_ I wonder if swapping endurance on melee stun support wouldn't be worth then, since on bosses we use Endurance cry and during mapping we don't have them anyways most of the time
@@terrorym7927 endurance charge on melee stun is just a good support, it gives same dps as lvl 5 awak added cold or ruthless. So, I don't see the reason to remove it. Especially on higher budget if you get +1 max frenzy rings, then endu on melee stun will be even stronger

i have a problem with the fs. It suddenly stops when im targeting single enemy, i 8 max frenzy atm idk if its enough but pleas help. (newbie btw)
did you read this 1:33 or 4:17? I also have not well enough sustaining of frenzy charges on bosses, still it was ok to do few T17 bosses with FS (but I ran out of charges few times on Ziggurat).

First of all, I write how much i spent here, I do not try to predict how much it will cost for everyone else, it's impossible.
Second, of course price of many items, including ring bases raised a lot since publishing this video, that's how market works, higher demand.
Third, don't write stupid things about 30 intelligence for tattoos, it's optional, I had more intelligence than I needed, so I could use 3 blue tattoos, they give only 1% dps total from 3 tattoos.

this is misleading. crafting the weapon takes way much than that. you got lucky. ive spend more than 300 def hatreds and didnt get a single roll with crit chance and crit multi together. i decided to simulate it and when i simulate it t3 rolls together, it hits around 8 times in 6000 tries. so the weapon will cost you a lot more than that. the weapon would cost around 100 div to get a decent roll on it with crits. just buy the weapon for 100-150div. i didnt even get to try other crafts, since the weapon craft is way too misleading. ill pass on that build.
First of all, I wrote how much I spent on it, I don't care was it lucky or not, I counted my budget, not tried to predict yours. Sometimes I buy items that worth even less in few days when I publish my videos. For example when I was making my gladiator lacerate, I bought The Light of Meaning with phys dmg for 12 div (and that was good deal, because they were 12.5-13), but now it worth just 2-2.5 div (was bad for me, but now good for you). So if that works in that way it's ok, right? but when budget can be higher because of your bad luck or higher demand on some items and higher prices - that's my fault or what?
Next, I didn't even test it in craft of exile before rolling, and maybe it's good because I would never decide to crat it if it should cost 1k essences, I spent around 80 essences and I actually got crit chance and multi 1 more time before current roll, but they were t3 and t4 and I decided that if I got it that fast I can roll them t1-2 or maybe get some added lighting dmg for shocks.
Btw, what's the problem to buy similar dagger but without crit multi, it's just 6.3% less dps without it in my POB, and they worth nothing, like 75c to few divs: www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Settlers/PjMMbdqsL

Sadly i built this build but somehow i cannot achieve same dmg as you on flickerstrike,in game it shows 260k and in pob its like 3mln,i have literally same EQ as u but still something doesnt work,i checked tree i have every node just like u idk whats wrong :/
are you sure about same equipment? don't get me wrong, but I heard this too many times, and when I check POB - not even close to what I have. Also check POB config, of course if it's not set properly, no buffs enabled - then it shows much lower dps.
